This is the worst of the worat place ive been 2. Been here only twice and everytime i come my appointment is for a certain time and i end up waiting an hour or 2. This is a waste of time if they dont have enough ppl they shouldn’t schedule ppl for an appointment.

I can never reach you them on scheduling a appointment for my child . I leave messages and I get no response .

I have been coming to this dentist building since it was Kool smiles. Since Sutton took over they are constantly late on appointments. I have waited over 30 minutes for my daughter's last two appointments they scheduled. The ladies at the front desk never apologized for being late. When I asked for a contact number she just told me she would be the one receiving the call so it wouldn't matter to make the complaint. Be friendlier

Sutton Dental in New Britain is a very great place to bring the kids. My kids absolutely love this place and the staff is amazing very professional!!

I’m Not Sure Why, But That Old Office Manager, Woman, Has A Nasty Attitude And Shouldn’t Be Working With People. If You Don't Like Your Job, Pick A New One. Really Wouldn't Recommend That Service To Anyone. Tone And Face Expressions Are Part Of Proper Customer Service.
