Out of the Ordinary enjoys capturing weddings at Surfside on the Lake! It was beautiful for a beach ceremony and beach formal photos. The inside is perfect for a lake side intimate wedding. It is also within walking distance or short drive of so many other photo locations, nearby parks and lake views.

This was a pretty nice place to stay. The first room we were put in was really old and smelled really bad. We asked to be moved immediately and they had another room available in the main building which was new and smelled new. I don't think we will stay here again after seeing a room our friends stayed in at Park Lane motel, which was much bigger, had a great view and had the same updates. Also we were excited to visit the rooftop bar but it was closed for the weekend due to a fund raiser. Overall our stay was fine and I have no real complaints besides that first room was from the 60's and hadn't been touched since then but we were moved as soon as we arrived.

We loved our stay at Surfside, the location can't be beat, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate. Had a wonderful time.

Best hotel ever! Nice pool, friendly staff, clean hotel room! We stayed in the master king lake view suite and it was gorgeous! Very good prices too

Terrible. Once i got here the wallpaper was peeling. The room was small. Wifi was terrible. The free wifi was slow and wouldnt work. Then we have faster wifi for $6 a night, and if you have data thats not an option because you will have 1-2 bars inside the room. Totally not worth $250 a night.

Noisey late nights experienced in new hotel. Very nice rooms, clean. Not a place for people without children. Family oriented only.

We had a problem with the original room where the carpets were soaked and had a strong mold smell, but the extremely friendly staff moved us to a room in the new building which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again, just have to make sure we are in the new buildingthe grounds are perfect, with beach access (along with watersports rentals), on site dining options and did I mention that despite the snafu with the first room, the staff was extremely nice and made sure to do the right thing.

I absolutely loved the lakeside views of this Lake George strip motel. Freshly updated rooms made for a pleasant stay during Americade. Not a full blown party motel but a fun spot

When we arrived there was no parking available. There were a lot of spiders hanging around. The pool water looked a little murky. The waterfront was a lot smaller than it looked online. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet wasn't too bad, just a little pricey.
