Came here and expected just the regular car wash, but I got my car back in an even better condition than when I left it with them! It was even a brand-new car and it came out cleaner than when I drove off the lot from the dealership!

A complete waste of money. I feel like I paid $75 for a basic car wash when the reason I went there was to get my carpet cleaned. We discussed carpet freshener several times but when I left I went directly to Walmart and bought some Fabreeze because my carpet still smelled musky and had dirty brown areas that could have easily been blotted up, which I did when I got home. I found the manager and they went over a few things again and asked if I was satisfied. I told them no but I give up. Heck I still had a dried out fly laying on one of my back window sills! If your car is pretty new and not that dirty then you will probably leave there thinking you got something. If your car is a little older and really needs cleaning, it will be immediately obvious that they don't really know how to clean. I think all they know how to do is to spray and wipe and if that doesn't do it then it won't get done. Sure they were very nice but I rated my experience a one star simply because there was not a lower rating to give. In summery, $75 wasted but a lesson learned.

Came here to get an oil change and received quick service. The bathrooms inside are nicer than the ones in my own home! It is a very nice complex and have very generous employees.

When I took my truck to Auto Shine, I was expecting the average wash. Let me tell you, I left with a truck that was cleaner than it has ever been. Every spec of dirt was gone! Fender wells that were previously caked in mud? Spotless. Tires? Shining like brand new. Interior that had dust all over it? Wiped down and and vacuumed every inch. This is the best car wash that I have ever been to, and I am very glad to see such a great addition of a business to Statesboro!

The Auto Shine Car Wash is the best thing since sliced bread. You literally get a full detail for $20 and maybe a little more for extras. They do a wonderful job. Wash, vacuum, wipe down, rims, door jams, bugs, windshield, interior, wax, buff, shampoo, rain x, tire shine, they do it all. And it's always service with a smile. Ten out of ten will go again.

Before I start, the customer service was phenomenal! I took my car to Auto shine expecting to just take my car, sit around and be done. The people that work their are not only extremely nice but they do a fantastic job. The typical car wash just gets the main parts of your car but at Auto Shine they do an extra job to make sure each spot gets wiped and cleaned. I highly recommend Auto Shine!
