It's a decent hotel. No Frills we like the queen size and king size beds as opposed to the twin and full beds and every other hotel in that area which I might add are much more expensive than this hotel.

Concierge was really friendly which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Our first room's heater was broken so the room was freezing when we got there. He immediately switched us to another room where the heater worked great. The problem is, the entire room looks like an afterthought. No real planning went into decorating or making anyone feel welcome. Because we had two rooms, I was able to see that each room had different amenities as if all the furniture and fixtures were purchased on auction or from various yard sales. There were various dried up fluids on the toilet when we got there, we didn't have all our toiletries that are supposed to be present in the bathroom, and the blankets were basically sheets. But since we just needed a place to stay to get out of the snow for the night while we traveled, it did the trick. Wouldn't recommend it for more than one night or for more than a last resort though.

Super cheap, really run down.
Our room had lots of holes in the wall, carpet, towels. And the doorknob on the bathroom door was broken- on the inside! I think our queen bed was actually a double bed, too. It seemed small. The usual waffle maker and breakfast cereal offerings, but nobody bothered to put out more milk on a busy Sunday morning. The room was at least 20% cheaper than anything else in the area, but you really get what you pay for.response / report this review -

My room was not well maintained at all. The frame around the bathroom mirror was on the floor, there was hardly any water pressure to get a shower, the water would not get hot for shower, the electric box outlet in the bathroom was loose on the wall (which I feel is extremely dangerous). There were hardly any towels in the room And they do not provide any hair conditioners or lotions. The bed mattress was very hard and our backs were sore in the morning. And for breakfast, the Apple juice in the juice machine was empty. There are other hotels in this area that look so much nicer to stay in. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing to complain about. Good bed. Clean. Great 10 hr stay for $65. the (rather large) dog liked it too!

The 2 bed queen was spacious, but we didn't have a fridge or microwave. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. It was cool that there was a parking lot under the building. It's also right next door to a Starbucks for easy access.

The room was adequate, the staff helpful and friendly, and the location is convenient - just off the Turnpike and within easy walk of eateries.
