An excellent family getaway in the heart of Florida run by wonderful people. My favorite place!
Debbie, Tim and Emily make you feel WELCOMED, and like part of the family. The Earl Cabin, my long time favorite, is the place of my family memories. We have spent many ThanksGiving and Christmas holidays there and each experience was better than the previous one.
It's a great family vacation, but can also be a VERY romantic getaway for couples. Being on a working ranch, experiencing the North Florida "country" atmosphere, and stepping back in time are all what make this a stellar experience. The hosts are warm and welcoming and quickly become your "extended family".
Although the Earl is my favorite, the other Cabins are equally as nice and theres plenty of opportunity for multiple families vacationing together to get cabins and have a wonderful holiday. The Spirit of Suwanee Music Festival Park isn't far and one can go there and enjoy kayaking, horse back riding, etc. My favorite is to canoe/kayak down the Suwanee River each time we go to this wonderful place. This is a quaint location on a ranch/pasture. We enjoyed seeing deer during the morning and the rooster crowing. It's about 20 minutes from the springs and not much around to complicate things.
