Bedbugs, Couldn't get all my money back. Good people to me generally speaking. Just unfortunate about those bugs. They are the worst kind of bugs. Hope they really take care of that.

I came here after our family had lost power due to hurricane Matthew. After 3 hours of searching Fayetteville and the surrounding areas this was literally the only place that had vacancy and was actually clean. The owner was super nice and allowed me to check the rooms prior to checking in. Its quiet and super clean. I couldn't be more happy. If I ever need a place to stay in the future ill be coming here.

Racist owners and staff! They like black money but disrespect black people! At checkout i tried to stay over but was turned away. While waiting on my taxi. Cocki Patel asked me to remove my luggage and put it on the ground outside. When I refused to wait outside instead of my room i rented. They sent a huge man to yell in my face and disrespect me with racial slurs. He was big and bald with facial hair. I got scared and called my father. The bald man said that my father should come fight. I redecorate well. Lol! Then i exited trully upset over the abuse. This motel is aweful. The Patel family at Crown inn are extremely racist for no reason. Don't they wipe their butts after a poop with their bare hands?? Why do you think you're better then anyone else. You're a motel keeper. Service the public. Don't spread your hate and ignorance. Just service us and shoo!!
