Stayed here a night. The staff are friendly, but whoever cleans the sheets is just not doing a good job, because the sheets were stained. Also, what gave away that the cleaner wasn't doing their job was the fact that there was multiple pubic hairs on the sheets. And the idea that another comment mentioned that there were bugs, left me sleeping the night in thick clothes and a hoodie. So not to reassuring. The walls can be unpainted for all I care, but for crying out loud, clean the bed!!! A place to sleep is not a place to sleep unless it's clean. Besides $70+ a night you think you could at least do the chores. But enough said. The bathroom was the only thing nice about the place. I had considered sleeping in it instead. I will just say though, if they ensured clean beds for every guest I'm sure this place would get 3 stars at least. And if they painted the rooms better it would stay above 3 stars.

This place is super aweful. From staff to rooms. I was at the reservation desk and heard the manager telling to another customer "You have wasted lot of my time. Get out of here". There was only one bread left in the morning breakfast and no coffee. When asked to refill it, I was asked to go out and buy it myself. I was told, it is what it is. The refrigerator was broken. Room and bedsheet had semen stains. Its more of an hourly brothel. Staff is extremely disrespectful. The only thing they do is swipe the credit cards. Except for this, they do not move at all. I would rather pay 20 bucks more and stay at better place. I regret staying here.

1st day no housekeeping and breakfast bar was not acceptable. Had no bathroom laundry and actually had to ask for that at the front desk just so me and my child could get a shower. Television only had one working channel and that was fox news channel. Not worth the price that was charged.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am a local and should have known better but thought to give them a shot. After reading the reviews and trying to cancel this hotel they refused. With horrible reviews including bed bugs, DO NOT BOOK this hotel. The front desk is horrible customer service. They entire team at Wyndham hotel group has horrible customer service. The crime and filth of this hotel is notorious. I only booked here because the other two hotels at this exit were booked due to Clemson home game. Save your health and money, drive a few exits down to Greenville SC.

Awful, dirty and disgusting. Front desk personal lacks customer service skills. Room had broken furniture and accessories. Air conditioning system did not work very well. Carpet very very dirty. The only positive was lots of television channels. The motel is very much in need of a deep cleaning and renovation. Have stayed at many Super 8s and this one was by far the worst.

This place is a dump. We stayed there after a college football game. Run do not walk away from this place. We had booked a non-smoking room and clearly it was smoking. There were ash tray and the comforter had burns in it. Yet management assured us it was non-smoking. The next morning we all smelled like some, our clothes and luggage smelled like smoke. There was also no battery in the smoke detector. The towels are cheap and few. It is cheap so you get what you pay for.

THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL EVER! We will never stay here ever again. The whole motel smells like smoke no matter what room you're in. It is nasty and the staff is very unprofessional! The furniture in the rooms looks like it was dug out of a landfill and there was exactly 2 towels in the bathroom. That's right, no washclothes and no rug to put down by the bathtub to step out on. I had to go back to the front desk to aquire the washcloths. Also they advertise that they offer breakfast. Well FYI, the breakfast is waffles, wheat bread and cereal. The cereal is in these dispensers and could possibly be a year old and the waffles aren't even edible. And no sign of even a piece of fruit. And if you're not a coffee drinker you're just out of luck because no sign of any orange juice or anything. We will sleep in our car next time if this is our only option. Take my word for it and do not waste your money, IT'S AWFUL!

Electrical issues. Exposed wiring. Smoke detector missing/torn up. Slept on top of sheets. A/c barely worked. Absolutely no towels of any kind. This was not my first choice, other hotel was overbooked. Do not stay here.

I don't know much about bed bugs but it was night before last that I stayed there and today I have bites on me I'm calling both hotels I stayed at but I definitely won't stay at this one anymore. However, another guest I spoke to in the morning had bites .
Clerk was in someone's room helping do idk what, took nearly 10 minutes waiting to check in. Got a room that one bed had been laid on, (pillows were stacked and spread wrinkled a bit) the other bed which I slept in was fine. There was an open used bar of soap in the restroom and trash n the trashcan n the bathroom. No I didnot complain to clerk because I drove 700 miles, was exhausted, and after the long wait, I was over it.
They are doing done rennovating, looks like chips of paint all thru the hallway. At checkout, the overnight showed the room I was n to b empty. I will not stay at this hotel again.response / report this review -

From the outside, it looks decent. But inside its 1985. It's dated. Place smells from smoke. Even my non smoking rm. Vending machines always empty. At least for the 5 days I was there. Plus they charge top dollar, my rm was $75, everything about that place was old. The sheets, shower, everything dated. Would not recommend

This place it very outdated and not worth the money you spend on it the room is messy and everything is messed up. The dresser is missing knobs end tables are worn out with drawers off track the paint was poorly done the halls look awful lamps missing bulbs tables not whipped down who ever cleaned did a terrible job and the towels are stained bad. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not to mention the pillows are terrible.

The staff was very friendly. I was accommodated nicely. I needed towels but they brought them to me fast. Its shabby needs work badly. There is a smell on the second floor nothing dead like but its there. Beds are old pillows are flat. Carpets are old and stained. But room seems clean. Towels are stained but clean . no smell in room even though its smoking room. I like that the windows open. Paint looks like someone had a bucket explode. I'm only on hour in I will let everyone know how thus place is at night. Price is not bad though. Only minor updates needed. But if u wanna watch a tube TV Lol they got one. When sun goes down lock ya room and pray pipes rattle all night good luck getting sleep here. I did not cover up.
