This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! No hot water when it was promised within 2 hours. No refund no compensation whatsoever. All they do is try to Jew you. I recommend that you do not stay at this hotel find another one.

Stayed several weeks here while working close by. The rooms are clean enough but this place has no regard for service. I came in from work yesterday to find no hot water. I ask the front desk and was told tomorrow morning it would be fixed. It is now 2 days later at 2 am and still no hot water. Just keep being told we are trying to fix it.

Wish I could give this place half a star. When I got here, I noticed dog hair on the sheets. The carpet will literally blacken the bottom of your feet or socks. The refrigerator in my room froze all my food. TV was fuzzy. And housekeeping had me do their job (grab the dirty towels). Not once did they clean our room. Tried to change rooms and they told us we have to do it before 11am. Went to go change rooms before 11am and the man at front desk said I have to wait for the people next door to check out to get their room (there are over 2 rooms already open and available). He said he was going to call me when they checked out and he asked me again why I wanted to switch said okay bye and hung up and didn't say anything about switching rooms or not. Don't waste your money here.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but get in early or it's pretty slim pickings. Over all not bad and I would stay here again. Didn't like having to pay a deposit but other than that not bad.

It looks very Clean is was visiting from out of state and decided to stay the Night and there lots of shopping all around. Good place to spend the night.

After the Super 8 in Piedmont, this was heaven. Most comfortable bed. Great price, convenient location. Stephanie was very helpful.

I wish I could negative stars. I have never seen a hotel room so dirty. And when I went to desk and asked to be moved to a different room Jamel said he didn't have the authority to do so he also couldn't give me back my money. The sheets were dirty and not changed there are stains and something that look like rodent poop to go along with may have been bedbugs crawling on the pillow the floor had not been vacuumed there were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. At 10:30 at night we had to find a new hotel with my 8 year don and elderly mother in tow.

Luke on night audit was extremely rude. As a GSA myself, I was extremely disappointed at the quality of service. Our reservation was somehow lost only two hours after making it. Then he was quick to change the story and say it was canceled even though we informed them we were arriving late due to our travels which is proper procedure. After asking for it to be reinstated we were happy to still give the hotel our money and stay the night. However we were asked for ID's from everyone even though one adult in the group of 3 didn't have one, we were then refused the room and forced to find somewhere else where we received excellent service from a more useful staff.

The lady on night shift on 1/2/17 was awesome! I had a reservation at another hotel but they were so rude that I refused to stay there. She got me an awesome room at a cheaper price than I would have paid at the other place and she had great customer service skills! Thank you ma'am!
