Very friendly staff. Older facility but clean. Hot water seemed limited.

Decent hotel has everything you need, very basic, the AC units in some rooms are a little dated and they should be keeping them in top notch shape since you are in the middle of the dessert. I didn't have the breakfast because the lobby is pretty small and I didn't really want to squeeze in. I love the fact all rooms have a microwave and refrigerator! All in all decent place to stay, I can't complain at all.

Nice place to stay for night, quiet, super fast check in and out. Bathroom needed a little update but it was fine. Lots of places to eat near by and an awesome little movie theater (Regal) not far from hotel. We would definetly stay here again!

Let me begin with we travel with our little dogs and already have our expectations lowered. I also understand why pet owners are not put in the very best accommodations. Now that's out of the way. I picked up a hand full of Cracker Jack candy, fried chicken skin, and something else that I couldn't identify so my dogs were safe. Floors were not swept, much less mopped. Of course they want to place $100.00 dollar hold on my credit card just to be sure our dogs didn't do any damage. I could go on. but why???

There isn't many cool places around the hotel and also no pool which can be a bummer because it's usually hot in indio

I choose this place for price and internet access. Could not get on internet and there is no technical support available. Room is hot and I was hoping to cool off. Still here I will speak to someone else (mgr) she was not available till morning. Next day ☺ things were brighter. I was able to change rooms. Price point is good. Bibles are available.

Very clean and spacious suite room. The $100 deposit was unexpected when I got there to check in. Overall it's a decent quite place. The only real negative is the AC unit in the room doesn't seem to cool the room all the way for Indio's heat.

I was on the first floor at the far end. I was an overnight guest and had a trailer. Had to park it in adjacent lot (hotel property) that was right next to my room but with no way of getting to it. The room was clean but sheets and towels were very threadbare. Breakfast space was not nearly enough for the number of people. The service was excellent.

Paid 1,200 for 4 nights and they didn't bother to clean my room. Went for Coachella weekend. I don't recommend people staying at this hotel! I should of read the reviews before booking🤷🏽♀️
