Super continental breakfast and saltwater pool/spa. Delightful. Nicely appointed room with fridge, microwave and coffee. Weird shower for disabled or limited ability that flooded floor. Less than 5 stars due to full size instead of queen or king size beds.

Perfect place to stay for going to visit Joshua tree. Room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Did not have hand lotion in the dispenser in my room and would have be nice to have towels at the pool. I would stay again while visiting Joshua Tree.

I was so surprised at what a great value this hotel was. It has been remodeled. The room was immaculate, the shower was great and the towels were nice. The breakfast was pretty good, especially when you asked to have the eggs reheated. They had Greek yogurt which was a happy surprise. I have been to this BW several times over the last 10 years. This experience was the best ever. Awesome stay, I'm happy to report. I'll be back!

I had booked a room for 2 nights, but we arrived a night early. The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and refreshed for us daily. They had a good variety of breakfast choices. We came out there to take our Marine home after MOS school, so not sure that we'll ever be back. But if we are ever in the area again, this is where I would stay.

The room was super clean. The air had been running so it was nice and cool. Check-in took just moments and they called up to the room to see if we needed anything else. The breakfast in the morning was a real breakfast! And the girls were making iced coffee and smoothies. A++++

I wish more employees at hotels would learn from this hotel in 29Palms. they really do go out of their way to make it nice. Not just a normal breakfast. no, they make smoothies and ice coffee. They even gave us a free customer appreciation dinner with lasagna and beer. so nice. don't hesitate it's the best hotel around! enjoy!

There was some remodeling near the lobby entrance, but it did not affect the stay. The pool was perfect relief from the hot desert air. The room was clean and inviting. The free breakfast included iced coffee and fresh berry smoothies prepared by the breakfast hosts. I have spent hundreds of nights in hotels over the years and the two young ladies hosting the breakfast bar were the best, most attentive free breakfast hosts I have seen in all my stays. Kudos to the two young ladies and to the hotel management for any training they may have provided!

Best Western Gardens at Joshua Tree is by far one of the BEST Best Westerns we have stayed at. All staff members are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is attractive, clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The location to Joshua Tree National Park was very convenient and the 5:30 breakfast was a great amenity for hikers! I would definitely stay here again!

Right in the center of 29 palms, a convenient inn that is not far from Joshua Tree's northern entrance. The beds are comfortably decent. The parking lot is plentiful. The continental breakfast is included with your stay. There's multiple 2 story buildings with double queen or single queen rooms. The staff and service were fantastic and very polite. The proximity to the park was the main reason for our stay. There is a terrific grocery, starter brothers a block away should you need any amenities.

This was a wonderful stay. The room was extremely comfortable. It had plenty of storage space in the bathroom and the bedroom. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Overall, it was exactly the kind of quiet, comfortable place you want to go back to after hiking around Joshua Tree Park all day.

This review is for outstanding customer service. From the corporate rewards division down to the friendly staff at the Best Western Gardens in 29 Palms. I was booked at the Yucca Valley location on accident by corporate after trying to extend my stay by one more night, but the mix up was handled professionally by corporate and no biggie. After they canceled my stay over there I was notified that there were no rooms available here for me in 29 Palms. Ouch Well, Ashley at the front desk fixed that right away. She saved the day for me and somehow allowed me to even stay in the same room so that I could continue my work uninterrupted. Huge thanks to her and the corporate customer service people that were very friendly as well. Thanks to ALL! Will continue to use this hotel for my business needs in the future. Breakfast staff was super friendly as well and they open at 0530 which is a nice bonus.

The staff was great. Breakfast was fine with good variety and kept clean and organized. The only faults I have are the following: 1) Bed sagged toward center; 2) Pillows are way too thick. They may look nice, but not useful for sleeping. Okay for watching television, but that's it. Best Western used to have the best square pillows, not sure what happened to these.
