This place is has some of the rudest people that work the front. They are judgmental and have no problem treating customers like crapp. I find it funny when places have employees that just wait and look for any little thing.. Plus if you smoke you can't smoke anywhere on the property not even the balcony or by the pool..who wants to hang by the pool and not be allowed to smoke Espeacially since they advertise all hours access to the pool.. I sure don't want to walk out of the the property to the street when I wake up for a late night smoke!! pretty sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

We had a great stay there in August this year. Staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the barbecue nearly every day at the pool. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you, we´d like to come back.

I'm always pleased at the fantastic customer service and quaint, thoughtful details at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and pleasantly decorated. My favorite part is the bookshelf in each room with a variety of titles. There are a variety of breakfast items to choose from each morning, the pool and hot tub are relaxing, and being a small property off the beaten path makes it ideal for peace and quiet. The Mediterranean style garden and artistic sculptures captured my heart at first glance, and having a real metal room key adds just the right amount of nostalgia. I am a returning customer and will continue to stay here each time I'm in the area.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed it.
It was very clean, the Pool was nice and the staff were very friendly.
The entire atmosphere was relaxing and we had two wonderful hot days in Palm Desert.

Friendly staff, with pool area and used for many Northerners to stay over winter. Location is OK, but our room was in a corner, with a view onto the old furniture and lumber that was taken out of some rooms during renovation.

The room itself was spacious and clean. Had even a small kitchenette and refrigerator. Room itself would have deserved four stars, but considering the location and our view from the window, we had to go down on 3.

If you stay at this hotel make sure you pay in cash. I have a credit card that I only use a couple times per year for hotels and plane tickets. I hadn't used my credit card in over 6 months and my bank had just sent me a replacement since it was about to expire- this is how I know for sure this hotel was to blame. Two weeks after using my card at this hotel someone made a fraudulent charge of over $700 on my account and luckily their second attempt was declined. Of course this is easily remedied by calling your bank but anyone thinking about staying here just beware-this hotel is a little outdated and they don't protect their customers' information very well. Also, if you plan on showing up after 8pm prepare to wait outside while someone comes to unlock the door to the lobby(even if you call ahead they're not there.)

Booked on a whim as it was listed as 'pet friendly' and ended up not bringing the dog.
Absolutely impressed and surprised at how nice this older property is - kudos to the owners!
Tile floors, clean rooms, well appointed amenities, pool, hot tub, gas grills, etc.
Looks like the average guest is older but a young couple with two small boys had a blast in the pool during our stay.
I'll be back for sure.

The Inn was absolutely comfortable . Spent 3 nights in the duplex complex. I truly recommend the duplex complex if you have a big party of guest. The 2 bedrooms are clean and spacious as well as there 2 full bathrooms. There kitchen is well equipped for cooking . The living room is big and comfortable with a pull-out couch bed. I recommend if you have a party more than 6, you should reserve both duplexes. You would have your own private facility with your own pool. We are definitely returning. There staff is super friendly. Thank you staff for a comfortable , relaxing stay.

Great little Inn for an affordable night stay in the Palm Desert area. Close to Living Desert and other things to do. Room is fantastic with a great view of the pool and palm trees. Spa is open for late night use. Will definitely stay again.
