Nice. Free Waffle's you make yourself in the mornings for breakfast. TV remote sucks. Quiet and fare priced. Loads of restaurants to eat at in walking distance. Coffee all-day pot in rooms or in office. Nice place to stay.

My daughter & I checked into the Effingham, IL Super 8 shortly before 1 AM today. We weren't prepared to stay anywhere so had nothing with us. The hotel supplied us with the usual shampoo, conditioner, & soap, but also had toothpaste, toothbrushes & mouthwash for us. Our room had 2 queen beds which were incredibly comfortable. The hotel room also had frig, microwave, & coffee pot for our use. The room & restroom were very clean & well kept & smelled really good. In the lobby they had several options for the free continental breakfast, including a "dough" machine & waffle maker to make some delicious hot fresh waffles. The staff were all incredibly friendly. If ever in Effingham, I highly recommend the Super 8. Wonderful place to stay.

Jan 2018 stay. New room carpet was a bonus. Comfortable mattress. Good breakfast. Overall clean. Quite location. A bit pricey at $78 I thought. My only recommendation is to power spray the sidewalk where you enter the motel - it's a mess - and first impressions are important.

The hotel is right off the interstate with gas and food in the area. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will likely stay on our next trip to Kansas.

Good location- near a lot of restaurants and shops. Pet-friendly with no additional cost. Room decor was nice, but the room smelled a bit like dog pee.

Woman at check in desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I was allowed to unload my truck right by my room entrance. Unfortunately had to park the moving truck in a lot across from the Motel but otherwise i was very satisfied with my service and with the room.

This has been the cleanest hotel that my family has stayed at during our cross country road trip. The General Manager was also present and was absolutely amazing. The overnight attendant was also very informative.

The front desk was always around if I needed help, they also offer free breakfast for the trucker on the go. However said breakfast is limited to make your own waffles or cereal. The rooms are nice and the beds are soft. You also cant beat their prices, both in bulk or just for a single night

Located conveniently right by several restaurants and stores. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only problem was the pillows were too thick, I had to sleep without one because it hurt my neck. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The price was right and it served its purpose well.

rented a room for a overnight stay it was very clean and quiet. the receptionist was very polite. they do have free breakfast but it's only a few things (cereal and muffins/waffles) they did however have apple juice and orange juice for the kids and coffee for us adults. would recommend booking here if your going to be in town for a few days.
