We were happy with our room and our breakfast. Our room wasn't ready at check in time so we waited 30 minutes. Other than that, we were satisfied. Pet friendly, but not a bark was heard.
Hotel is a little dated compared to other to most of the other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at. Internet speed is horrible even with the upgraded internet. There very few HD channels so you get to watch grainy SD channels on an HD TV. Bathrooms and shower are ok. Nothing fancy, but they were very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.
Hotel is new and very clean looking, but minus 3 stars on behalf of the front desk gentleman with the arrogant attitude when he offered an excessive price ($145 or 15,000 points for a standard room) and boasted that this is a great price because the regular is $179. At this price you can likely get a Marriott-Marriott, definitely Townplace or Resident Inn, but too high for a 2.5 star Fairfield on an interstate stop and a small town.
So I went to a competing hotel nearby and it turns out that some convention is driving up the prices in the area. It would have been more appropriate for the gentlemen to say "sorry" for the above average rates and explain that the convention is the reason instead of trying to pretend that this is a high level luxury hotel. Otherwise I would have stayed there.
While a lower level Marriott property, this facility is top notch. It is clean, well stocked and VERY well staffed. The professionalism of the team is consistent and is seemingly well ingrained in who they are and what function they fulfill. We stay here on each of our 2X/yr cross country trips between homes in PA and AZ. I am a Lifetime Marriott Platinum member and this is the finest example of the Fairfield brand I have ever stayed at.
Have stayed here 3 times. Each time we found the room to be very clean. There is a pool & fitness room.Breakfast in the morning. Pets are allowed with a $10 pet deposit. Eric at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We have no complaints on anything.
Great place clean comfortable rooms great breakfast selection lots of parking for RV's and or if your on the move and pulling a trailer.
Average Fairfield, nothing special or anything stands out. Good location off the highway and access to national chain restaurants boost the score little bit. Hotel Jim has enough for one person doing weights, two treadmills, one bike, and 1 elliptical
Great family hotel. Nice comfortable rooms. Spacious public areas. Excellent breakfast. Only complaint would be the water pressure seems low to me.
Comfortable rooms and great breakfast, but bad service. We had been in our room for about an hour and a half and I received a call around 6:15pm from the front desk that there had already been two noise complaints from neighbors AND the front desk felt the need to remind us that quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Our family was settling into bed for the night since we were driving all day. I feel the front desk should have reminded the neighbors of quiet hours instead of us especially on a "first offense" and before sundown no less.
We stopped after a 300+ mile ride. The place was an oasis for sure! Nice lobby. Excellent service. The room was spectacular as well as affordable. Left with a belly so full from the hot breakfast bar I didn't stop for lunch!
Great place for the night on a long journey! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great service (at 1 am might I add!). If I ever find myself in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Nice and convenient location and great for a late night stop while traveling, but roll-a-way sheets were dirty (grass and twigs). Otherwise the facilities were clean and modern. They offered the typical breakfast selections including fresh fruit, but selections were not replenished for those eating a late breakfast. Plastic plates, bowls and utensils were not the best for hot foods and waffles.
