If you are looking for a very nice place to stay within walking distance of the bridge this is it. The hotel has a very rustic cottage like feel. The hotel has a good breakfast with a nice range of foods. The staff was great.

Nice room. Has a few problems. Faucet loose on the hot tub, light switch upside down in the bathroom, the fridge in hard to access and heard a critter scratching in the wall by the window.
Like the decor of the room, well put together. Bed is very nice, slept well.response / report this review -

Enjoyed our stay, the room was great! If you are expecting a pleasant breakfast experience this isn’t the place for you. It was packed (very small area) with very minimal food options.

Excellent service, clean room. We had the Best view of the bridge at night from our room 201. Small Park across the street for great views of the bridge. Swimming pool and hot tub clean and warm. Coffee in room. Full breakfast included. Reasonably priced.

The location is quite nice being close to the bridge but far enough away that you don't hear any road noise. There is a really nice park across the street with a great view of the straight and bridge. The rooms are dated but acceptably clean. The shower had some mildew issues but honestly, it is a super 8. For the price, it is worth it. Continental breakfast had waffles, cereal, juice, bread with toaster, apples, etc Coffee was fine. All in all a good value for staying the night and getting the free breakfast. Would not stay here if the location wasn't ideal (which it was for us. On our way up to the UP with a great view of the bridge near the hotel).

Great location, waking distance to everything (the old fort, entertainment district, waterfront etc).
The hotel's charming, but dated. Could use some fresh paint. But who spends the whole day in the hotel? It's Mackinaw, get out and explore!!

This hotel was the most aesthetically pleasing Super 8 we've ever stayed attruly beautiful from the outside! The room itself was of average size with the standard layout. Everything was clean with the exception of the air conditioner. The bathroom was small but clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. Overall, excellent value. Easily within walking distance of most attractions.

Pretty nice hotel. It's in an amazing location, and you can walk to a lot of places in the city. Rooms didn't have a microwave but the breakfast area did. There was free wifi, but it was very slow. Nice indoor pool as well. I would stay here again.

Stayed in a king size suite. Paid $700+ for a 3 night stay. Thought room should of had a microwave for the $ they charged. Room was not very clean. Had cob webs in every corner with bugs or spiders in. Curtains and lamp shades had dust on them. Dust hanging from bathroom vent. Carpet did not looked like it had been vacuumed before arrival. Back window in suite had a broken latch and would not latch (ground level). Feel that housekeeping could have been better. Most of these things could be checked/cleaned once a week. Or even once a month. Also bedding does not get changed daily your entire stay. Only clean sheets upon arrival. Feel that sheets should be changed daily. Paid good money least they could do it put clean sheets on daily. How much does it cost for water and soap?

The property was older, but it seemed that improvements had been made. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was small and can become crowded. Based on my experiences, I would stay here again.

We had a great weekend away staying at the Super 8 Bridgeview!! The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The hotel was very clean & the location is awesome!! We got some great pictures of the island & bridge from the park right across the street. Its very convenient to the downtown area & the ferries to the island. Its an all around great place to stay!!
