It was nice to be close to the airport and have the continental breakfast provided at 4 AM, but the room rates for this hotel seem a bit high for the quality. The A/C didn't seem to work properly, no bathtub stoppers available, no bath mats available, and noise from the hallway, but the bed was comfortable and gave us a good night's rest.

Theo's bar was in walking distance and had great food. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Great hotel!

The best western provides a clean, professional, and affordable option for guests. The rooms are mostly soacious, though the cheaper ones can be a bit cramped if you have a fair bit of luggage. They also provide a free continental breakfast that serves a fairly wide selection of foods (everything from eggs to strawberry waffles).

Need to get close to the airport for that early morning flight? This Best Western will coddle you in style and the free breakfast starts at 4 AM. Hungry, thirsty? Theo's restaurant is 30 steps away from your room door and I recommend them as well. Nice package deal overall!

It's a quiet, clean, conveniently located hotel. The staff are always courteous and helpful, and the shuttle to the airport runs frequently. My bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed. The breakfast was fine and was available from a very early hour for those who have early flights. I love the package deal that includes parking at a cheaper rate than airport parking.

Good value close to the city (and the airport, if you need that). The rooms were very clean and comfortable, at the breakfast was good, standard hotel fare. From the outside, the hotel looked more like an "economy" hotel, but once you're inside you realize it's just very space efficient (for example, a very small lobby), but the experience of quality did not suffer at all. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable -which is where you want your resources to go.

We were very pleased with the Rochester Airport Best Western hotel. We were there for three nights for graduation at the University of Rochester. Needless to say, the hotel was VERY busy, but the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful!! Our room was spotlessly clean and all the room furniture was really comfortable, especially the bed! Breakfast was kind of a madhouse because the hotel was so busy, but the staff kept the food hot and fresh and coming, and the mood among the guests was happy and relaxed almost like a party. Add to all this the fact that we got a really great rate, and we highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Rochester or those passing through via ROC airport.

They helped out my son over the holidays when his flight was cancelled, above and beyond getting him a room. We needed a hotel here for a visit, so picked them because of their helpfulness when he needed it. We were quite pleased with our stay - the hotel is definitely good value for the money and the staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a clean and tidy room then my experience says this is a good bet. My room was just that. I was not inconvenienced at all. However there was areas in my room that needed fixing or updating. The breakfast offered, was an assortment of prepackaged items, and a fresh waffle. Seating was limited. This is not a place you vacation in but if you need a place to sleep and shower it's a safe bet.

This hotel has been one of the best hotels i have stayed at! The room was clean and welcoming. Honestly i got a better nights sleep here than at home. Breakfast was really tasty and filling.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. As soon as I arrived at 3:00 in the morning, they were very welcoming and joyful, despite the time of day. Most of all, they were very understanding when I checked out 5 minutes past the assigned check-out time. Overall, I would highly recommend for an overnight at a great price!

This hotel was great. We had an early morning flight and decided to spend the night. Rooms were reasonably priced and the hotel offered parking for a weekly rate that was much less than the cheapest airport lot. The staff was friendly and the rooms were pretty nice. The only downside was that it was right in the flight path so it could be a bit noisy, although we slept through the night without any issue. The bathroom was also a bit dated. I would definitely stay here again!
