  Lady at booking place was rude. We were promised if we did multiple bookings with them we would get a deal but then after going on two jet ski trips, they refused to give us any discount. Dissappointed with service. People doing the tours are nice though.

  My family and I wanted a nice, relaxing day at the beach. We asked for a few chairs, a couple umbrellas, and two kayaks. We were met with friendly service the entire time. However, later that day, we noticed our credit card was missing. The people working the stand never gave us our card back! We called the provided number, and the person on the line acted as if the whole thing was our problem, not hers.

  Worst vacation experience ever. Do not do business with them. Booked a all day pass for 8:30 am they told me they wouldn't be open until 10:30 and sent me to 3 different locations they were careless and disgustingly rude. I cancled my reservation and was robbed my 80 dollar deposit. Terrible customer service

  Party cat 😍, took do it all with sunset dinner cruise. Was an amazing experience. Good food. You can enjoy one day. 10-4 and 06:30-08:30. Parasailing, jet skiing are mandatory things to do. You get license for operating jet ski for 3$ good for an year.
