Great location right next to Smathers Beach and truly feels like you're part of the island sits right on the Atlantic and the pool is the biggest in Key West awesome experience great rooms recommended over any hotel

A dated, but nice place right on the water. Reasonable rates, but keep in mind that I'm grading on a Key West curve. Our room was clean, neat, and well equipped, but a dated. It is about 2.5 miles from the action on Duval Street, so keep that in mind. Taxi rides are expensive and as of this writing, Uber and Lyft cannot operate in Key West. We rented bikes to make the daily trip to Duval and the surrounding areas, which worked out nicely.

I didn't love the location. I prefer to be right on the water. The 'rules' were also a bit ridiculous. The pool police were over the top. It's not so much a place for young people.

Well maintained. Clean, beautiful courtyard, spa and pool. Tropical garden very relaxing. Convenient location.

We rented an Airbnb here. The price was good but it's also 2mi from any sights making it necessary to drive or order a cab. Spend the extra $ and stay closer to the action!

The suite is nice & big, 3bed 3 baths . Real nice kitchen and living room. But the bathrooms could Use some upgrades. The tiles need caulked, the huge jetted tub doesn't work(as far as I can tell) . There's light switches for lights that don't exist. The pool area is great, right next to the ocean. Has a secluded beach next to the ocean & pool. Nice garden area. Aside from checking in I haven't seen one worker to let them know that almost every single one of the locks for their "locked areas" needs replaced. (it takes several attempts to unlock the deadbolt) overall a nice place but the next time I come to town I'll be staying closer to downtown.

We stayed in an apartment let by Last Key Holiday Rentals called 'Windswept Palms' in the second week of August for a week. We were two couples and a five year old boy.

The apartment itself was beautifully situated with panoramic views of the ocean and uninterrupted views. The rooms are large and each room offers a spectacular view of the ocean. The furnishings within the apartment were fairly sub standard. The whole apartment can do with a refurb in terms of the furniture and kitchen utensils and cutlery. The living room table was chipped the Sofa covers hadn't been cleaned and being white, were obviously showing the dusty arms . the serving spoons in the kitchen were plastic and so badly scratched, they were almost a health risk! We ended up going and buying a lot of things from the supermarket. Shannon, the lovely lady who manages the apartment, did help us with some things we needed - kettle, toilet cleaners etc and was lovely and helpful.

The pool was badly maintained and not the cleanest pool I've been in. We also tried the jacuzzi which was better.

All in all we had a great holiday but felt the apartment was a little tired looking and overpriced for the quality of furnishings it offers.
