Great service! The crew was very friendly, helpful & well prepared. They took us to a small coral reef off the coast for snorkeling. It was a beautiful spot. The kits provided were quite clean (they even had soap water & bleach solution on board).

We were first time snorkellers Also we are beginners in swimming and were able to manage. However, depending on weather the wind and high/low you might have a tough time to get to the corals if you're a beginner. Again, we had a good time even though we didn't get all the way to the corals.. the overall experience was great. Would recommend having someone experienced be with you swimming, then you wouldn't have any issues.

I have to let people know so they don't have a miserable time and waste money that while the boat is nice and the crew was helpful to a point they didn't cancel the trip when they should have known better. Everyone was back in the boat of their own accord within 20 min of entering because the water was so rough, there was jellyfish everywhere, it was impossible to relax and we saw very few fish and coral whatsoever! My husband and I have snorkeled for years in Hawaii. This made us fearful. It was NOT for beginners! Several girls and women came back screaming and crying. Some had multiple stings all over! ! It was extremely traumatizing! I know these people have endured a lot from the hurricane and need to make a living but this was just awful.

Well worth your money! You don't have to go far from Miami either. Took the toll way down got there less then an hour. Did the 12pm trip. The staff was very nice and friendly. Very helpful people too if its your first time. I saw the lady at the counter being very helpful to a family. She was very detail with them, making sure they got all the things they need. Great place, high recommend for any adventure seeker, rookies to experienced

We went out on the large group boat. It was perfect for what I was looking for. I needed a simple beginner snorkel session for my 10 and 11 year old. This fit the bill pefecrly. The kids had fun and so did I. I dont think this would have been for the serious snorkeler. The staff at the shop were super nice. The staff on the boat was nice also. Great family experience.

Great tour! Clean equipment, great prices on new snorkel purchases as well. Good prices, and one of the best experiences seeing the reefs. As full time Fla residents, we love affordable family day-trips, and will definitely go back! The woman who checked us in initially was a bit abrasive, but once we got past her, it was smooth sailing😎! They provided fresh drinking water on the boat, and had soft drinks for sale (cash only), too.

We had an excellent afternoon with Sundiver and Captain Mike. He took our group of 6 us to a shallow reef for some of our inexperienced snorkelers and then to christ of the abyss for a short look at the awesome underwater statue. He was extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome and safe. The reefs were breathtaking. We're all Floridians and were still blown away by our home state's nature wonders. I highly recommend the 1/2 day on the smaller boat with Captain Mike (6 people @ $75/ head) for the private vibe.

I went out with Sundiver's 4 times in 3 days and loved every trip. I decided to try another company on my last day, so I could see a different reef. There was no comparison between the 2 company's or reefs. Sundiver staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. The reef was beautiful and shallow enough that you could clearly see. Amazing experience!

Decent snorkeling trip. Probably not the most ideal for a first time snorkeler but if you're familiar with snorkeling, this well be just fine. The section of ref they take you to is beautiful, with a great variety of fish.

Such a perfect experience. They give so much time and freedom while out in the reef, and the staff is so helpful. My wife got so sea sick, and they were so knowledgeable to assist her into feeling much better. Got so many great pictures, even saw a huge eagle ray and a shark about 5-6 feet long! Really amazing experience with a caring staff. They offer a military discount as well, if anyone was debating for price.

Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience in every way! We were able to watch their cleaning process of the rental equipment after the swim which was reassuring. I would highly recommend them for a snorkeling excursion!

Great trip, very professional. We appreciated their honesty. We showed up for our tour and they told us the visibility in the water was not the best, do they suggested rescheduling, which we did. When we did go, it was an incredible experience. Clear water, professional crew, and we saw a friggin reef shark!!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The reef they took us to was a disappointment. We're strictly told not to touch the coral. However, it's really hard not to when the area is so shallow. Viewing the reef is mostly limited to looking at it from the sides because of how shallow the water is. There are a few areas that are deep enough that allow you to properly observe from above.
