Watch your install carefully and take concerns directly to the owner - not the office staff. After removing our windows, the lead installer informed us they would not remove the old seal because installing over the mess would not create a risk of leaks. Suncoast was aware of the design of the Lazy Daze windows we were replacing (and likely others). They blamed the problem on the manufacturer, though none there had held up as well as ours. And, knowing the problem, they failed to warn us they would not remove seal before we traveled from Washington to Florida. They claim they are the "experts" but shoddy work, breakage, and poorly rebuilt windows was our experience. Though they finally agreed to finish removal after we purchased new seal and put in hours of work, we spent two days there feeling trapped with our windows out and snubbed by most everyone until we finally talked to the owner.

"It will be 7 to 10 days for your glass to arrive."; I was informed AFTER traveling all the way there and AFTER they removed my 5 windows and covered the openings with cardboard and plastic. I was then also informed I had 2 options; a) the old windows could be replaced and I could go back home and return in a couple weeks; b) sit on the site in the parking lot until the glass arrives. (which I chose)

"They remove and defog your existing windows you say." Not in my case. Five windows amounted to 18 pieces of glass and 16 could not be defogged and required replacement. Ten of which were not in stock and needed ordered.

They have a poor or non existent inventory control and a process problem. They are not confirming the potential glass replacements are on hand at the time of making the appointment.

In the 10 days I sat there I watched many others come for a night and leave the next day. One even arrived in the morning and left that afternoon. (those are the 5 star reviews you are seeing).

The crew was top notch and no complaints there. Being surprised i needed to stay 10 days. missed expectations for me. But hey I got a free t-shirt!

Was told our job would take 2-3 days and in fact they got it done in one day, due to the "slow season". Snowbird season is extremely busy to the contrary. We had four windows defogged. Staff were polite and attentive. The water/electric hookups are a true plus (we arrived the night before the job commenced). The reason for four stars is that we did get a two inch scratch in the exterior paint below the driver's window (they credited $100 for this) and we discovered a day after we departed that they had pierced four layers of our driver's window pull down shade during removal or installation. This resulted in four holes in our blind about 2" apart in a straight line visible in the pull down position. In fairness to them, our drivers window treatment design (by coach manufacturer) made for a tough window removal/install. Overall, we were very pleased the defogged windows and we would recommend.

I hope you take my review seriously before deciding to get your windows done here. Never has my family and I been taken advantage and disrespected the way we were here. Family owned is right, with minimal business and customer service experience. We arrived monday at 2:30 knowing that they closed at 3 and were quoted only $275 to clean 2 windows. We slept there and were promptly awoken at 6:30am. They were extremely fast with taking out the 2 windows we wanted cleaned, and with the low prices we decided to add on a third. They weren't sure if they could fix the third window because the glass would have to be replaced, but they took it out anyways. We waited around all of tuesday and on Wednesday until noon to have the windows put back in, even though they told us it would be done late tuesday even with the added window. It turned out that they did not have the glass to fix the back window, so they put the old one back in. We then recieved our bill, and this is where things took a turn for the worse. Without letting us know, they took it apon themselves to completely replace one of the windows instead of cleaning in between the panes like we were under the impression they were going to do, and tacked on A WHOLE GRAND more to our bill. The bill was $1200, not the $275 they quoted us for like any normal human beings, we were beyond livid. The secretary came into our motorhome to explain because my dad is disabled and couldnt get out with the lift on the rocks we were parked on, and proceeded to make us out to be idiots by showing us a waiver we signed that said they could replace the windows if need be. I don't know about you, but waiver or not they should've let us know that one of them had to be replaced instead of just doing it. After examining the waiver, we came to the conclusion that what they did is wrong and could be considered illegal because it did not take away our right to consent whether or not they could just replace it and not let us know and raise the price. We were there for 2 days, which is more than enough time for them to let us know that our quoted price was changing and that the window was going go be completely replaced. They brought the price down to $800, but when my mom, brother, and I went to pay the bill, we were harrassed by the owners. The male owner got in my moms face and threatened to beat her ass, called her a cheapskate and a bad mother, then proceeded to call the cops. They werent even letting us pay our bill! We went back to the motorhome and waited, unsure what to do. The cops showed up and my mom and I decided now would be a safe time to try again. We explained what happened, and in the presence of 3 cops we were able to pay our bill and be on our way. Long story short, it was a major price gauging ordeal and it took longer than estimated. I would never recommend anybody do business with these people ever.

POSITIVES. 1. We were charged as quoted 2. Workers removing and replacing windows were respectful. 3. Work began as scheduled. NEGATIVES. 1. We arrived on Monday afternoon, as scheduled. Work began Tuesday AM. We were told on Thursday morning they might be finished that afternoon, but "worst case scenario" by Friday. They had the windows reinstalled by late Friday afternoon but did not want to stay late to finish up, so they taped the top of the windows so they wouldn't leak and said they'd be back Monday! Thus, we had to sit in their parking lot another 2-1/2 days so they could have the weekend off. My husband reinstalled our shades and valances to save them time and work on Monday. They didn't start "finishing up" until after lunch on Monday. They finished about 2:30pm and we were told we would have to leave immediately because there were other coaches coming in that needed our spot. They had obviously scheduled more coaches than they had spots available. So after having to sit there for seven days and watch people come in after us and leave before us and another 2-1/2 days over the weekend, they certainly didn't mind kicking is out at 3oclock in the afternoon. 2. I had to clean sealer off of three pieces of furniture with alcohol. Good thing it was leather and not cloth. 3. The locking mechanisms on two of the windows were upside down after they reinstalled them. We probably could've had them redone, but since they needed our spot, I'm not sure where we would have stayed for the work to be corrected. 4. My husband had to move a ladder that was left behind by the workers in order to be able to drive the coach out. He also picked up a lot of trash that was left around our coach from the workers. After having dealt with one office employee who took our money but had no problem telling us to leave immediately, one factory technician that came to the coach to look at the upside down handles and argued with me that they had to have been upside down all along, and then the workers, no one EVER attempted to apologize for ANY of our inconvenience! It appears that the company is only interested in profits and not at all concerned about customer satisfaction!

We had 4 windows renewed this week. The entire staff is personal and professional. They all work very hard to do excellent work. We were promised that the work would take 2 to 4 days. We arrived Sunday night and left for home on Tuesday afternoon. In the world of RV service where mediocre reigns, this company puts them all to shame. They are excellent! And, they stand by their work with a 10 year warranty. What more could you ask? Thanks a bunch!
