Truly the worst dealership experience. Not only did my experience start with an hour wait with no contact, the first day I was in ended up with a bait and switch transaction where the manager tried to sell me a car that is advertised on their own website for $10,400, for $15,000. As a young single woman this was clearly using their assumed knowledge of me to scam me. I had to call 5 different times to speak with different managers for them to finally agree to sell the car for THEIR advertised price. I came back in a second day and proceeded to wait another hour without anyone helping me, including the used car manager, Wade Monroe, who had set the appointment with me only two hours earlier. Finally, they assigned me a very incompetent man, Paul, who didn't feel the need to take the time to look up my file which I had spent two hours filling out the day prior. After finally getting on the same page. they offered me a trade in deal that was $500 less than their already low offer from yesterday. Overall, a huge scam and waste of two trips. The will not give fair prices and every salesman that I came in contact with were huge douchebags that are looking to scam young women vs. making an honest deal.

On another foot, the dealership is really dirty, it appears someone has thrown up on every single chair they own. Their coffee and water situation is bleak at best, and don't go in the bathrooms, truly unsanitary.
Basically go to any other dealership in the world vs. this one.

I took my car there to have it serviced for a recall I received notice for. When I arrived, I stood there for 10 minutes while one guy was speaking to another customer and several others just kept staring at me. Finally, the guy who was speaking to another customer says to me "What do you need?" I reply that I have an appointment for a recall on my car. He then says, "go pull your car in the line and someone will be with you". Someone comes over and asks me for the same information the secretary did when I called for the appointment and then proceeds to tell me that they do not have any rental cars available and the shuttle won't be back for over an hour in which I had asked when I called for the appointment to make sure that there would be some form of transportation back to my home as I did not have two-three hours to sit in their waiting area. I had to call a friend for a ride home. 45 minutes later after leaving my car, a girl calls me to tell me that my rear brakes need replaced desperately, I need a new air filter (which I just had changed with my last oil change), a transmission flush and that I needed more break fluid, just to name a few (there was more). I told her that my car only has 33k miles on it and that I am not interested in having any of this done. She then said that I need to have the brakes replaced as they're not safe for myself or my family as they are. I told her no for the second time and I asked if my car was finished. She told me it was on it way to be washed. When I got there to pick up my car, I had to again wait for 5 minutes or more before someone would actually come over to me and then someone handed me my keys and said you're good to go. Didn't point me in the direction of my car so I had to look around for it.

After I left there I immediately took my car to a friend who's a mechanic to make sure my brakes were not unsafe to continue driving with. He told me that the breaks were good and I still have at least another year out of them.

In end, I do NOT recommend taking my car there for service as obviously they cannot be trusted to be honest. They thought because I was a female that they could trick me into thinking I needed services done to my car that I did not and scam me out of hundreds of dollars. To top it off, the customer service was terrible as not one person was overly friendly or made me feel welcome.

Fastest and one of the best car buying experiences I have had. My salesperson Jason and Danny in finance went the extra mile and did a fantastic job in selling me my new Armada. Trade value for my old car was fair and they took the time to understand my needs and create the right deal for me. No hard sell on the extra services which is always a good sign. I always buy the extended warranty, tire protection and prepaid service and they took the time to go over the various options and prices to ensure I got the best program for my needs. Good job guys!

We had a wonderful experience at Nissan Wesley Chapel - Will was our salesman and he was great! He really listened to what we wanted and didn’t push us into the more expensive option, which sadly isn’t always the case at some dealers. We spent many hours at the dealership with our 5 yr old, she was bored, naturally! :) They were even great with helping her feel at home. Can’t wait to go every 5500 miles for our oil changes :) Loving our Rogue Sport! It’s been everything we needed! Thank you Nissan Wesley Chapel for finally getting me my “Mommy Car” 🤗

Will was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and went way over and above throughout the entire car buying experience. He took me through step by step and ensured all my questions were answered. I would recommend Will & Wesley Chapel Nissan again without hesitation! Thanks Will!!

I have bought three cars at this dealership and each time my experience has been great. This time I worked with Justin, who was patient, honest, personable, & went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted. He even drove to my job, picked up my new Altima, brought it to go get the windows tinted, & drove it back up to my job because I worked through all the available appointment times for window tint. I will def be referring Justin to any of my friends who are looking to buy a car. I thank him for an amazing experience at Wesley Chapel Nissan.

Want to genuinely thank the folks at this Wesley Chapel Nissan. Not only did they understand my needs but they put me in the perfect car for me and my family. My sales person Zach Clark was very respectful of my time and made this experience one of the best I have had.

I recently went to Wesley Chapel Nissan to look at a used Altima. Angie Rivera helped me through the whole process. She was very thorough & answered all of my questions with her skilled knowledge on her business. Management was also very impressive and accommodating. Highly recommending family and friends to this dealership. I am definitely coming back to purchase my vehicle with Angie and her team.

    SALES VISIT - USED
    "WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN" -
I would like to shout a big THANK YOU to the team @ WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN" for making a stressful experience easy and stress-free. Everyone did a great job and made my decision to buy a newer vehicle a pleasant experience. ASHER POLO was very knowledgeable and told me that he would do everything possible for me to have a great deal so i can have the rest of my family come and get a new car also. That made me feel really confident with him. The finance manager, MANNY TORRES was very nice and helped me through financing with ease. I will continue to come back to WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN!

Terrible. Will never shop here again. There so called lifetime warranty is a joke. No one will return your calls and spent 5 plus hours getting no where. Been 2 months now and still terrible. They don't care about after the sale. 6 months after I bought my car went in for an oil change and told timing belt bad but under warranty. Was there 6 hrs after told they would get me a rental and it was covered under warranty. Then told me they couldn't cover rental. Long story short they sent me to Chevy dealership because they would give me a rental. That was a lie. Then found out timing chain wasn't covered, but they already torn it apart so had to pay almost 3k to fix it. Been back 3 times to talk to someone about it. Salesman said no problem we will get it taken care of you don't worry. Can't get service manager to call you back. Always on of town or busy. Finally they told me they switched companies on the lifetime warranty so isn't much they can do since they don't have ties with the old company anymore. They wasted hrs, days, weeks and now months of my time. Last time I was in they suggested trading it in. Might be right, but won't ever deal with them again. Will Shop some where else. Stay away!!

Update 06-20-17: After almost a year owning this truck, I am not a fan!!! Flat tire on the side of the road and the jack does not lift the truck high enough to change tire, even the police officer was like I have never seen such a thing. Two hours later on the side of the road, finally get a real jack to lift the truck high enough to change the tire. Who makes a tire jack that does not lift the truck high enough??? Nissan is the answer and one of many many reason (including this dealership) why I will never buy another Nissan!!!! If I could give a zero I would!!!

Original post from August 2016: Recommend going someplace else to make your future Nissan purchase. They want you to lie on a survey that goes out to Nissan about your experience with them. They try and bribe you a full tank of gas if you give them all 10's across the board. Instead of saying please be truthful and honest about your experience and we would like to give you a full tank of gas for your honesty.

I took the survey as asked and was honest and truthful on the survey and then they tell me that they will not give me a full tank of gas because they didn't score high enough on the survey. My whole experience was not bad, just certain parts of it were. I will never be purchasing a Nissan from here again or recommend them to friends and family because of this bribe.

I plan to write Nissan corporate and send the voicemail I got stating the above from their salesperson about them trying to bribe you to lie about your experience with them to fudge their numbers.

Dealerships trying to fudge their true numbers. Instead of trying to fix the problems in some areas they may have.

I purchased a car for my wife about 2 months ago. The experience here was just terrible. I first encountered Pedro and all was going fine until my wife couldn't fill out an online form. He became rude and clearly just wanted the sale. A few hours later I came back to dealership after everything was confirmed. When I got back the price on the car had magically gone up! I pointed this out to Pedro and then proceeded to inform me home dumb and stupid my wife and I were about the car buying process. At that point I left the dealership. A day or two later I was contacted by Leon whom claimed he was the GM but was really just maybe a senior person in finance. We apologized and did what could to get me back. I came back in and worked with someone else whom was much nicer. Apart of the sale though was they were suppose to install leather into the car and do window tinting. They were going to call and schedule that with me within a week. That call never came. I contacted Leon about a month later to see what was the deal. He instructed me to call the dealership and ask for Jerry. I did this about 2 weeks ago and still no return call. Whenever I call the dealership now I can't get anyone to help me. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Go and spend a few bucks more on a lower end BMW or Mercedes. Not only do you pay for what you get put you get an entirely different service experience and you get treated like a human being. If my wife hadn't just wanted a new Nissan as she likes the Altima I would have never came back. RUN FROM THIS PLACE

I was formerly not a fan of going to the dealerships for service, but Wesley Chapel Nissan has changed that. For one thing, they are honest. Yesterday I had a major repair and they found every way they could to bring down the price. They were able to take $100 off my bill. I shop around price-wise for repairs, and they are very competitive which is surprising for a dealership. They kept in touch with me while the repair was being completed, provided me a ride back home in the interim, and were overall very professional. This is not my first good experience with them, but I felt it was time I finally mention how satisfied I am with this dealership and their service department. They've made a customer for life.

Nick seriously worked some type of magic and was so wonderful, kind and informative. He was so helpful and asked all the right questions. I didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle like most sales people do. He is the man you need to ask for when you're in the market of purchasing a new vehicle. I went in for an oil change and left with a new car. Like seriously he was amazing and the BEST sales person I have ever had the interaction of conducting business with. Thank you again. If you go to Wesley Chapel Nissan ask for Nick and tell him I sent you. Seriously the best service EVER!
