Absolutely amazing customer service today. I went in for low tire pressure and a second opinion on my tire. My wait time was minimal even though they were busy. They found a nail in the tire, something completely overlooked at the dealership I went to last week, and patched me up for free. I was shocked! Steve is a phenomenal manager up there. I was treated with respect and that definitely goes a long way. Long time customer, first time with my new car. I tell everyone about this location. Thanks again!

Competitive prices on tires and excellent customer service. Steve is an excellent service manager and Kris does a great job on alignments and brakes. He snatches my truck out of the lineup whenever I go there. All good people. Highly recommended.

I've been going to the Sun Tire in Mandarin for several years now. I've always had excellent service great prices and friendly guys at the shop. They always take care of me and make sure they're doing the right thing to keep me on the road. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust. Lots of times when you get recommendations from car shops you have to wonder whether they're trying to rip you off. Not so at Sun Tire in Mandarin. These guys are honest reliable and I can always count on them. Thanks Kris and team!

Customer service at this location is amazing and the prices are competitive. Was there for an alignment in and out in 45 min. The guys were very helpful and answered all my questions. I will go back.

I love Sun Tire! This Mandarin location is awesome. I will always get my tires from here. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it up for me same day (towards end of day on a Monday, Cause who wants to do that) and it was speedy! Kris is very nice and knowledgeable. All the guys do great work and never disappoint.

Those guys are great! They always great me like a lady but they never treat me like a ' girl '. If I take my car in for an issue, they check it out and give me options. They always tell me what needs fixing now and what can wait until later. I never feel like they are selling me more than I need even when I just go in for an oil change. I've had estimates from other places and then taken the car to Sun Tire where they never fail to give me a better price, better timing and better service!

To the reviewer who said his sidewall nail hole should have been patched, and was patched by another company; that is one of the most dangerous things you can do to a tire. The tire will blow out under moderate stress, like cornering a 45 mph curve at 45 mph. The company that actually did that work, and didn't recommend a replacement put his life ( and passengers) in jeopardy.

I have been a customer of this store for 20 years. I have tried other Jacksonville tire shops and even some chain big box stores. Sun tire has always taken care of me, and kept my family safe on the road.

I went there and payed over $100 for an alignment and they held my car for 2 hours and didn't touch it, no alignment, nothing. I'm pretty sure they didnt even move my car. complete rip off artists, DO NOT GO TO SUNTIRE.

They totally failed on a recent reservation I made with them.
They took the reservation 2 days in advance, assured me they had the tires I wanted. I called the day of and was assured everything is a go.
I got there.they didn't even have me in the system. The poor guy at the counter was at a loss.
We set it up for the next day and I told him to call me to confirm. He never called.
They called the following day and I told them they lost the business.
Just a bad experience.

I just went there for the second time to have tires installed and an alignment done. I hesitate to write reviews for tire shops because I figure it is only a matter of time before they screw me. I'm comfortable with these guys though. They have good prices, they're honest, they do good work, and they do it fast. It's one of two or three places that I don't fear taking my care to.
