My husband and I go every two weeks! They are the best in town! Highly recommend!! We have been coming here over two years and the staff and owners are very professional and friendly!

I've moved out of state and miss my bi-monthly appointments with Donna. She is the best nail technician I've ever known and truly a great lady. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Worst nail experience ever! I spent almost $100 on getting my toes and nails done and had to go back the next day because every nail was a different shape and length had the nails done on a Thursday, went back on Friday to get them reshaped Please keep in mind they charged me extra because I wanted more than one gel color on my nails,on Saturday the tip I had put on my toe cracked completely off and is now glued on. Then By Tuesday another nail had broken. I went to get my toes and nails done for my birthday and was seriously disappointed by this place and will not ever go back! I didn’t even go back for them to fix it because it’s that bad

Some employees don't speak English.you ask them a question and they just look at you with a big question mark (????). :(

They fixed my manicure that was messed up by another nail salon. They did great and even charged me less. Love this place. Will keep using them.

Nice facility but I wouldn't return. A pedicure and a nail polish change (not even a manicure) cost me $52 plus tip.

I was very disappointed with their service. The owner (a gentleman) was accepting cash at the register while doing my nails. He did not wash his hands after handling money. I am never going back there again.

I heard really good things about this place but I was honestly disappointed by it. They were nice and welcoming at first. I went to get gel polish. They told me I couldn't do a color I wanted to do because it "wouldn't look good" since my nails were "too short." They weren't even that short. So I chose another one. The girl was sweet but didn't get the edges of my nails so it grew out within a few days and started chipping and peeling off almost immediately. I thought gel was supposed to last much longer, which explains why I pay more for it? Not only that but the polish wasn't smooth on my nails, it bubbled at the tips. I didn't notice until I left and didn't even want to go back to get it fixed. Maybe it was just one bad experience and that is rare here but I don't think I'll be back because of this experience.

My mom and I have been going here for years. It has always been our favorite! They just remodeled and it's beautiful and clean inside and the staff is so nice. Love them all!

I usually get my eyelashes done at a different location. But since my son's school is right up the street, I decided to try this place. Good job on nails and ok job on feet. I had to go back 3 times to fix eyelashes that come out. Today is my 3 time within 4 days. I have been getting eyelashes for almost 2 years now so I know how to take care of them. 7The owner said a refund is not beneficial to him, so I thought I would saydont waste your time. Go to #1 Nails on Emerson and you won't have to worry about overclumped eyelashes that come out.
