I just delivered food there
It's a good extended stay
Very cosy. Really nice for a cheap stay.
Extended Stay my foot!! Too expensive and it is not well kept!! The beds are raggedy and the carpet is disgusting, people are smoking drugs in their rooms!!!! I didn't feel safe!!
Not a bad place to stay, pretty clean and reasonable prices
We went to rent a room for someone in need for a week. The man at the counter was not friendly. We went to the room which, despite being a non-smoking room, smelled like folks had been smoking in there all day. Also, even though we had a week's worth of groceries and seven boxes of belongings - he gave us a third floor room and then said - "oh and our elevator is broken." When we told him the room wasn't great he just kinda shrugged his shoulders and said, "Sorry about that." He showed no concern whatsoever. We wound up going next door to Motel 6 which was substantially better, although $50 more expensive for the week.
2 beds a big fridge and a kitchen to cook great ac and Wi-Fi awesome cable it's a nice package all together
SunSuites is now Intown Suites; has been for over a year, but InTown knows how bad their product is and won't change sign or listing.
The housekeeping and maintenance staff are very nice, courteous and honest people.
The management is GHETTO. Not meaning black; meaning those people who live and promote the black Ghetto criminal subculture.
The management OPENLY supports Drug DEALING and PROSTITUTION. One of the managers - Chris - hooked up with one of the Drug dealers' girlfriend from third floor. This resulted in a vicious attack on a maintenance man RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR. Management denies this happened, even though I was the first to call 911 and help save this man's life.
I have witnessed: credit card theft, harrasment, a possible rape, assaults, fraud, and just about anything you can think of, all with at least a blind eye and frequently active participation of the management. Usually Erick or Chris. The last manager, Amber was fired for stealing from guests.
The Suwanee city official who bulldozed the flop house across the street ( the "Aquarius") is now working on closing this business also
It works for my mom whom lives the spaceshe says it is perfect for her and just the right size.
$50 bucks for one night stay. Not to bad. Good size room for non-smoking/price. Carpet had a bad odor smell but shower worked well and bed was decent. Nothing fancy but I would stay again if needed. No breakfast/pool etc but good for a short stay in town. Manager and her assistants were accommodating.
