This is my go to hotel for the Norcross area when in town for business. I stayed here for two weeks and had a pleasant experience. The fellas at the front desk are courteous and address any issues you may have. My suite was quite large and more apartment like than a hotel room. My TV didn't work in the living room area, but I'm sure had I cared and brought it to their attention it would have been taken care of promptly. I will be staying here again next year for a month when I return.
Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Love the fact that they have a little bookshelf you can borrow books from. The kid friendly titles were a hit with my son. Would definitely stay there again!
It was very close to the event I was attending and the facilities were nice. I had a great time at this hotel and will be staying next year as well
We visit haunted houses every year and Netherworld has brought us here this year from Indiana. This trip has made us realize to do our research before staying somewhere, this area doesn't seem the safest, it also took us forever to find a nice restaurant (we had to drive about 20 minutes to find an Applebee's). When we arrived we waited around 7 minutes just for someone to come to the desk. Our first impression of our room was the loud rap music coming from the room next door. (Which was fine because it was during the day.) As always we do a check for bed bugsall seemed clear and I was glad to see multiple mattress covers, but did notice a few questionable stains on the sheets. Bathroom seems a bit yucky with some kind of (B.M.) like substance above the mirror like someone wiped and flicked it. Yuck! Staff once found; was friendly and escorted our bags to our room with us.after we couldn't get the door open. (Our fault, you have to pull up on the handle not down.) For a quick rest this place is alright, but not for a scheduled get away for multiple nights.
Great place for the price! Room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was included, so another plus. I would recommend.
Staff was very nice. Rooms were pretty good, but definitely had some issues. My room was missing light bulbs, a door knob was falling off, and the bathroom fan was incredibly loud. Breakfast, was ok at best.
Customer service was exceptional, the rooms were nice, with the exception of the A/C, and the cookies were fresh!
I did not like my experience with this hotel. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were tiny. I also saw a bug in the shower the next morning. I was charged an additional and unexpected $20.41. I asked the man working the front desk why my card was charged extra and he said it was for incidentals but that I should get it back after a few days. (This was on Tuesday, August 2, 2017). I'm still waiting on that return. I did not like that. There was also random people walking up and down the street behind the hotel which made me nervous. There is also a bright light that cuts on after it gets dark and it shined bright through the window in my room. I would not recommend.
Booked a double bed room with king beds for an overnight stay on 7/15/17. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our experience was great. We have zero complaints.
The customer service is great. Breakfast is great. Needs some slight repairs.
Clean hotel and nice staff. The room we were in needed some repairs. The bathroom ceiling was peeling from what looked like previous water damage. It was pretty rough. But everything else was good
Nice management. Very accommodating and convenient. Comfortable beds.
Really clean, and convenient. Norcross little town area only a few minutes away, lots of parks and restaurants there. Rates are good and for a few extra dollars get a suite. The elevator was out but they offered to help with our luggage. Free cookies in,the evening and nice free breakfast. Only 20 minutes from downtown atlanta and stone mountain.
Attention: Credit card thief ALERT in this HOTEL!!!!
Here is my story: (sorry for bad English, but we were very angry with the situation)
My wife and I book and stay in this hotel on August 28, 2016.
Around 9:00 pm that night, we received a phone call from a guy in the hotel. (they called to the room).
he had heavily Indian accent.
He told us that their credit card system was down so they were not able to charge the credit card.
So they asked for my credit card number again. I gave it to him without doubt.
10 mins after the phone call. My credit card company called and report scam alert. Someone is trying to use my credit card twice. 1st time they spent $2,000. Second time they spent $3,000.
Luckily, we prevent the scam.
SO please be careful when you stay in this hotel, or don't stay at all.
