Property(necklace)was stolen while we were out to dinner (when we reported it they could care less)and bed was literally harder than a rock. Not a great experience for a first visit.

The only pro was that the air worked really well. At night there is no help at the front desk. The rooms just feel gross when you walk in. The carpets are all stained and sticky. I woke up and went to the bathroom and was greeted by several roaches. Will not be staying here again.

This is an awesome place. I came to this location a few months before to do research. I met a young man (Shawn) that listened to my issues, took time out of his busy schedule to strategize with me on the best location, price and to encourage me that my situation would get better. His name is Shawn. Business oriented, well dressed and very professional. Location is great, no noise or drama, clean (no bugs) and staff is great

I give it 1 star because that's the minimum. Roaches everywhere. Room service 1 time a week? Didn't even take out the trash. Or vacuum. Put sheets on the bed that aren't even big enough for the bed. Didn't clean ANYTHING. Started with 3 towels. replaced the 3 with 1. Then went to front desk and they want the dirty towels for fresh ones. What about the ones they didn't replace??? Do NOT stay here.

Scary dark hallways, window that was broken and stained bed covers. Needless to say I cancelled my reservation. The skinny black gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant.

Filthy! Room! Housekeeping is not their strong suit.
Other guests told us that there was a drug dealer staying in our room before we checked in, people were knocking on our door day and night.
It was better than sleeping in our car but our dogs didn't get much rest.response / report this review -

Very accommodating staff who gets anything you need to your room quickly. Big family rooms, good for long stays. Fairly clean and easy access to interstate and downtown

THE WORST the one day we stay there checked in no problem so we wanted another night went down checked in no problem in the room for an hour and the 0hone rings the front desk lady is on it saying your cards faugelent and the cops are on the way and she never told me why nothing the lady working was very disrespectful and needs to be fired will never stay here again(also) I called to find out what happened and CORPORATE SAW NO REASON MY CARD SHOULD BE FAUGELENT.

Nightly rates seem to vary, yet are usually higher than one would expect. Rooms are generally clean and well-furnished, but you may find yourself asking for more towels pretty quickly. 'Breakfast' is a joke, so just sleep in. Don't sleep too late though, as staff often call room to see if you're still there 10 minutes before check-out (after housekeeping has already knocked at your door). Some desk staff are charming, but some can be downright offensive.

Room nasty. Smelled like smoke. Took 45 mins check in. Roach motel to say the least. Go somewhere else. You could feel the bed bugs crawling all over you and comforter smelled like a big belly gut had started all over seven years ago. Rotted!

We were two people they couldnot even give us two bed room. Service was bad. Receptionist was very rude. Never coming back to this hotel.
