  We stayed at sun kissed villa just on delmar ave it was walking distance to downtown and the house made our stay very comfortable for our family! The staff were helpful and quick to respond.

  We have used Sun Palace Vacation many times. Honestly it is the only company I would recommend when looking for that perfect home away from home. All of their properties are clean, well kept, and updated. The staff is always efficient and helpful with any question you may have. It is such a pleasure to work with a company who really wants to help you find that perfect vacation home. Thank you Judith, Ron, and your entire staff.

  La Casa Bonita South is one of the nicest rental homes I have ever stayed in my 72 years. This home not only has it all but with out a doubt the best caring management company that I have ever experienced.
  After my family of 9 checked in we had a few issues and I called the office on July 4 AM, left a message and one of the owners returned my call, on a holiday, which surprised everyone. Judith explained that her staff was off for the holiday but she would try to address my issues. One hour latter the door bell rang and a new Weber gas grill was being delivered on a holiday morning. One hour latter Judith was at the house delivering wine glasses.
  If you want the best rental house, La Casa
  Bonita South, will fulfill all your expectations.

  My family rented an amazing condo directly on the beach last year and it was so amazing, we scheduled it again for this year. The condo was in great condition and any issue we had, which were only very minor, were addressed right away.
  
  Well this year we had to change our plans due to learning our family would only be growing and the Sun Palace staff was very helpful in working outside the box to get our deposit refunded.
  
  When we are ready to travel again, we will definitely be back!

  The day we were scheduled to leave for our trip I received a call from the property manager saying my guest list did not meet the proper parent/child ratio. I was told I would have to pay an additional $750 deposit for possible damages. Also threatened about being kicked out if the police were called because of a disturbance. I've never had the police called on me or my family, ever.
  And then I was told our house could not be a "gathering place" for other kids. In other words, I was being told my kids could not have friends over.
  The guy was rude, hateful and unprofessional. If it was;t the day we were leaving I would have canceled and found another place.
  The upstairs was new and nice, the downstairs was nasty and not clean. Hairs in the bathroom, shower and sheets. Disgusting.
  Will never use Sun Palace again.

  Sun Palace Vacations, their homes & their staff are top notch. Judith And Ron run a first class operation. We've rented at least seven homes and have yet to be disappointed. Homes are well equipped in every aspect, including beach gear, even those homes a short walk to the beach! Oh did I mention, they are Dog Friendly! Our Great Dane is welcome!! Really a good value for your money as well. Win, win for vacations homes. #FortMyersBeach

  Amazing place had a family vacation had the pool out back that my son learned to swim in. Beach was only 5min walk. Had Publix just up the street we grilled the whole week we were there good prices and good place. Loved our time there an plan to do it again this year an we can't wait I'll have both of my children with me
