Don't bother going to this location. They take forever! The nurses and doctors sit outside the patient rooms and just nonstop talk and gossip. It's ridiculous. They have no consideration for the patient who is obviously not feeling good and has to wait a long time for someone to finally walk in. Don't waste your time going here. Go to MedExpress.

Following hurricane Irma, I had occasion to use this clinic. I was very pleased with the entire staff. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors everyone was very pleasant, very efficient and very friendly. The facility itself is very clean. I would not hesitate to go a second time. In and out in an hour. Very professional from start to finish.

I am from NY and had to go to this urgent care with my four year old. The nurse and doctor were great! My daughter has an allergy to antibiotics, and I was nervous seeing a doctor besides our pediatrician. The staff here were knowlegeable, and helped me to feel at ease.

This was my 4th visit to this office in two years. As expected all staff were courteous and efficient. Only a 10 minute wait this time. However, you should have patience if there is a longer wait time. They never hurried with me just to see the next person.
Dr. Hershfield was again very professional and pleasant. He listens and always provides the best diagnosis and medication.response / report this review -

Horrendous service! The doctor was so incompetent he bullied me into thinking I had some disease and ignore what I told him I was there for! I was crying for minutes on the phone to my mother freaking out. Gave me a completely unnecessary shot for something I DON'T HAVE! Even when I told him my specialist already had me tested for these specific things and have been constantly seeing them for the past month he was convinced my doctor had NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT! Really!?!?!? Dr. Strok YOU know better than my specialist about this?! He wouldn't even recognize anything I told him and was so set in his way that I was bullied an harassed into getting a shot I DIDN'T NEED!! When I was clearly emotionally distressed by his accusations! I'll be going to my primary on Monday because even after all of that he still side stepped the issue of why I was really there!! Worse Doctor I've ever met I am emotionally and mentally distraught right now and will NEVER go back here again. Next time I will let myself suffer and wait till a to see my primary rather than go to this hell hole of butchers.

I used the text to check-in service and it was so convenient and easy! I was able to continue working until they were ready for me. I needed an Xray and they were able to do it right there. I was so glad I didn't have to go to the ER!

I have been to this facility 3 times. Each time, I have been thoughly checked and treated as a person, NOT a number. The check in is quick, and each and every staff member is pleasant and willing to answer all my questions. They even offer advice for pain or next day care. I won't go to any other place. Why would I? They are the best!!

I wrote a review for the other office in error. Anyway this is an excellent alternative to the emergency room. I have been to this office three times. There are many ill people this time of year so yes you may have to wait. If you go to the emergency room plan on camping out there. Very courteous employees. Dr. Nhat Nguyen always sweet and efficient.

Dr. Rios was amazing. My husband and I are both medical but realized something was wrong with our son. Our son is complicated and is autistic. Dr. Rios figured what was wrong in minutes. If we went to our PCP, I hate to say it, but it would have taken days and days of appointments with multiple specialist to figure this out. Ellie was so professional. We love our experiences at this facility!!!

Do not go here the doctors do not know why they are doing and they will bill you twice. They used me to train somene when I was in there without asking me. When the actual Doctor saw me she just looked at my nose and throat and said ok well I don't really see anything but I'll just give you some antibiotics. I had a pretty bad infection in my nose and throat and I knew this for sure from prior experience with the same infection. As far as the payment goes The fees are clearly stated on the wall which You have to pay on the spot. I did that and then two months later I received a letter from them saying I was past due in paying them 75 dollars which was not even one of the fees listed for what they helped me with. go to the emergency room or literally anywhere else.

Went to Urgent Care on Sunday morning b/c I was too sick to wait to see my primary the next day. PA verbally confirmed prescriptions with me but when I picked up at the pharmacy 1 of the meds was not what we discussed or appropriate. When I called the clinic back to inquire they told me the PA changed his mind. Without the proper medication by the next morning my throats was so swollen I couldn't swallow or talk. My wife called the clinic back on my behalf and the Dr was there and told her to have me come back immediately and they'd help me. When I arrived they wanted me to pay to see the Dr again! They misdiagnosed, gave me the wrong meds, refused to fix themselves the day before, I'm worse as a result and then they have the stones to ask me to pay again! That's unethical and wrong! No one pays 2x for bad service or faulty product! They should be ashamed. There are other clinics. Go somewhere else where they will actually care about you
