Two stars. As in, if looking for a 2-3 star facility at your price point, this is it. Sun City is like a big retirement complex. We were there for holidays. Service was fine, room is what you'd expect for two stars.

Very friendly, polite staff and the hotel seemed to be a pretty clean establishment. Had to pay for a couple extra fees because we paid with cash instead of charging it to our card, which I thought was a little steep. But other than the extra costs we were charged, it was a good experience for us at this hotel overall. .

I loved the place. It was truly a great place to stay at. This lovely place is located at Sun City Center right next to Walgreens. The room was spacious for 2 people, very clean and sanitary. The service wasn't too bad, received everything I ask for and breakfast meals were great! I would go here again and recommend this place to my friends and family!

Was easy to find. Rooms were nice but dated. Would stay here if I had to. Staff were friendly.

Please do not book this hotel unless you are in dire need of a few hours of sleep. This hotel is a dump, which is really sad, as it located at the entrance to most of the homes in Sun City Center. This would be perfect for visiting family and friends. There are only 2 other hotels in the area, and only one is a national chain.

The guests at this hotel are scum and the sheriff is called to the hotel frequently. The rooms are just NASTY! Dirty, Dingy, and poorly maintained. There are domestic arguments here all night in the wee hours of the morning. The free breakfast is stale donuts and bread, with one kind of juice, milk past it’s prime, and a healthy dose of bacteria.

Do yourself a favor, RUN do not walk away from this hotel.

The room was clean and the price reasonable, but the WiFi was so unsecure my computer security would not allow me to connect to it. Customer service was lacking: when leaving we asked to have the bill put on another card, but was told no because it would cost them money to do so. The customer before us was also given difficulty about a problem with her room.

They lock they lobby so we weren't able to get plates or plastic ware for the food we had delivered so we werent able to eat our dinner. Also the tv shut off after about a half an hour turned back on for not even a half hour then shut off again and won't work now. The phone in the room is not hooked up. Dead bugs on the floor. There's not a pillow case on the pillow. Cigarette burn in blanket and ashes in the night stand drawer. My husband had to ask for towels and shampoo. He said the guy working didnt want to give them to him. I do NOT recommend a stay here. Lowest rates in town must mean lowest quality. Not happy even 1%.

Very helpful! We checked in late and they have us a bottom floor corner room. It was so easy to get in to go to sleep. They also have a good breakfast. Enjoyed our overnight stay.

The place is a mess, the manager is stingy and very rude, and the breakfast is a huge joke! The rooms had a weird smell to them and I don't think the sheets get changed as much as they'd like you to believe. I am warning everyone to stay away from this glorified motel. (Now that I think of it, I've stayed at motels nicer than this!)

Great value for the price and front office staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and moderate size but very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and moderate in size. Only areas of improvement would be to update the tv's because they still used the box ones and maybe a deep cleaning or stain and paint the hallways to the rooms because they're dated and dirty.

Three stars, because when first walked in, weird smell in the room. Every morning, loud noises woke us up, either from the walls from the two sides, or outside construction. Rooms are clean, but nothing to be excited about. Location is right next to a Walgreens so it's very convenient. There is plenty of space and quiet during the night. The beds are comfy and the room is supplied with a microwave and mini fridge. There is a desk and a table with two chairs, so it is great for my laptop, and eating any food I bring with me.

Terrible hotel. After long hours of driving to get to the hotel. I was hoping to get great rest. I was welcomed with two yellow stains and a brownish stain that I was not sure what it was and a bug on the other mattress. Next day I tried explaining to the owner of the inconvenience but she believed giving me another room was good enough, after all it was one hour of my time to switch from one room to the other. She believed my problem was taken care of therefore nothing else needed to be done. Please, my advice under no circumstances stay at this hotel. Pay extra money or stay in your car. You'll be better off.
