An excellent property management company with a proven record of high quality performance.
For more than 25 years, Summit Resort Group has been serving our needs very well. The size of the office, coupled with congenial and cohesive working relationships of the staff, makes this company friendly, professional, effective and efficient.
We started our relationship as short-term seasonal (summer and winter) renters in Summit County and found their properties and service to be excellent. Check-in/out was convenient and easy. Since properties were well maintained we had little need of “emergency” services but the team was always available and responsive.
With the help of the Summit Resort Group Real Estate staff we felt reassured as we transitioned to ownership a few years ago. SRG found the property we were looking for and helped us evaluate it and close the sale in a timely cost-effective manner.
As our rental agent, SRG continues to provide excellent service in terms of securing short-term seasonal renters and managing the property well before, during and after their stay.

Very kind and friendly people. When you come to pay rent. That's about it. When there is a problem that needs to be fixed, they just try to avoid doing anything, telling you all kinds of excuses. 5 stars? All you guys either relatives or work for the company. There is no 0 stars, but that's ok. They answer the phone and are nice when you pay the rent, so 1 star is fine.

Summit Resort Group has managed our rental property in Summit County for the past 4 years. We are pleased with their quick response time to renters and to us. As owners we also appreciate the consistency of the 'behind the scenes' work. For example, statements arrive on time and are accurate and complete. They also worked with us to set up the condo for successful rentals. Highly recommend!

When Patty became manager, it got even better. No matter how big or small a problem or if it"s on a weekend, we can count on Patty to take care of things. They are true professionals. We have rented from SRG for years. They have always given excellent personal service. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive and always prompt to answer questions or address any problems that might arise during our stay. We have used their services for both short term and long term rentals in the Dillon area. SRG is always our first (and only) call for rentals in the Summit County area and they have always met our needs!!

We've rented from SRG for 7 years. One major advantage is that they are very responsive to any sort of issue we've had, from replacing a broken vacuum cleaner, making sure the cable TV and WiFi are functional, or sending a plumber to unclog the sink. The condos are well equipped, maintained and clean. Very pleasant people and a super dependable rental agency.

Summit Resort Group has managed our private home for more than 10 years. They have been professional, prompt, attentive, and infinitely helpful. Although we do not rent our property, a dedicated manager cares for our home at least once a week, and more if needed. In addition, they arrange for snow plowing & landscaping, as well as carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, so that our visit is carefree.
