The staff as well as the maintenance are great. They listen to concerns of residents and do their best to provide a peaceful community.

I love this place! The 24 hr laundry is all done through an app so you never have to take money with you. You can control the machine from the app & even see when your clothes are done all while sitting at home! They have renovated units, it is a gated community, the maintenance is great & the office staff is to.

Needed to move and these were the only apartments with availability. This was in 2004. I lived here for two years. I moved into a huge three bedroom. The space was awesome. Washer/dryer connection, plenty of closet room, kitchen was tiny af but it was no issue. I hated (and so did my children) the hall bathroom because the a/c unit was situated directly over the tub. But we skirted around that.
Now, the first management was cool, friendly and helpful,but then I kept hearing from long term tenants about 'Ms. Debra' and how disrespectful she was. I heard a lot of awful things about her.
When she came back as management, I was trying to get my apartment sprayed b'cuz I had non-paying tenants and their families crawling around where they weren't wanted. She told me I couldn't get my apartment sprayed, and gave me some dumb ash code as to why, saying it wasn't that serious. Needless to say, the little boy behind us set his mama apartment on fire and burn the whole complex (8 units). When they Hispanics were building it back up, they ran across a roaches nest underneath the building. But isn't that crazy tho?
