Nothing like trying to use your ATM card on a Friday at 6:15 pm and finding your account locked. Would have been nice to be informed if someone hacked my card.

I went in and opened an account with ascend just to get my car refinancedhowever they would not refinance my car and also said they wouldn't refund the $30 I just spent to open an account with themthen also tried to charge me a fee to close the account. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. A supervisor allowed a refund of my $30. It's bad enough when the employees aren't friendly, then just to find they rip you off. I don't understand how this place is still in business if this is how they treat their "valued members".
