Great health food store and attached cafe. The staff and owners are very helpful, and they stock all of your typical health food store staples-supplements, organic and gluten free foods, and a small amount of produce. The cafe is small but the food is good.

Absolutely delicious! Great vegetarian options, so glad we found this spot before we headed out of town. Would highly recommend to any vegetarians!! Didn't have juice although they all looked amazing! I had the Tempeh Rueben, would definitely suggest trying this. It was SO good! Staff is friendly and fast! The health food store is unique and quaint, with awesome options that I don't normally get in my small town. Definite must try!!

Incredible vegan food and the market was wonderful. They had so many items that were difficult to find back at home. The staff was excellent and helpful as well!

Delicious!! We came in for lunch, I had the vegan pasta pesto came with salad and a yummy! garlic bread.
My husband had the Italian veggie sausage he loved it too. We enjoyed it so much we ordered dinner to go.

This little place was so nice that we came back a couple more times during our trip to KW.
The staff was sweet, the service was as fast as we would expect for a freshly-made meal, and the food was very tasty! The Reuben with the salad was perfect energy for the day of golf carting we had planned.
The seating is a bit tricky as the dining area is very small. We had our fur baby with us, so we sat outside at a little round table with an umbrella and enjoyed our lunch in the sunshine.
We will definitely be back - for the food and for the adorable grocery store. What a nice little find!

Stopped in here visiting the keys. Picked up a few goodies we don't have in Canada. I was excited to find this place. If I lived the keys I'd be a frequent customer for sure. Cute shop, good selection for the size. My only critical criticism is that the one person that helped me wasn't knowledgeable on the certain product I was looking for; vegan eggs. He recommended an egg replacement which he told me was the same as the follow your heart eggs. I was in a rush to go to the airport so I didn't realize it till I got there. He however was friendly and eager to help so that's why I think it's a 4.5 star. I'm not mad just disappointed I can't try the product.:)
