Nice place BUT $4.50 A foot per day is stupid. They wanted 258.00 per day for my boat and where they had me parking was a joke. I didn't even get a slip!

Hurricane occurred and treated people and boat owners of Coconut Row, the folks who are the personality of the Marina like 2nd rate Citizens. Not a cool thing to do. I lived there for almost a year. Was a registered guest my first week. Just moved on land 6 days before the Hurricane. Was told that I wasn't. Even though I have received mail and packages there. Not being vindictive. But after this experience. Even if I won the Lottery. My money would go elsewhere.

Great cozy marina that is mainly for live aboard cruisers. Great lil cantina at the end of the dock. It's 15 min by car to the tourist end if Duval St.

We rented a boat from airbnb, it was such a great expierence! The people all around are AWESOME and very nice. Good security, as well.

Stayed in a houseboat. Very tranquil setting away from the traffic and tourist but short drive to everything. Complimentary shuttle and use of hotel amenities.

What a great complex. The beginnings of gentrification for this area, but thoughtfully done. Beautiful community garden and I really like Shrimp Road Bar and Grillgood food!

Downgraded to 4 stars, only because the internet is awful. In this day and age, this shouldn't be an issue. It costs quite a bit to reside here. Would love to see some increased speed and capacity for all residents.
