Customer service is amazing, very clean staff/environment and the cream of chicken soup on Saturdays is BOMB. Best late night quickie, a bit out the way for me but definitely worth the drive!

Food has always been good when I stopped in. The Ladies that work there has always been nice. I just hate when they run out of the cream of chicken soup. Please keep an extra supply for ppl like me that just love's it work me sub sandwich

Submarine Port has the best sandwiches ever. Customer service is quick and excellent. The combo is the best. I love the many choices I have to make my own sandwich, fast and delicious.

I've been patronizing this establishment for over 30 years. Always got the same thing. Today I ordered my usual which apparently is no longer being offered. I always get a Reuben on Rye bread. Sandwich was not on the bread I asked for. When I explained to the manager that I always get this sandwich on Rye, she stated I didn't tell her and they don't have Rye bread. How about maybe she didn't hear me. I innocently asked if the place was under new management since the sandwich was not made the way I had always gotten it and there was a new crew working. At that point, I was told that I had an attitude. She rudely handed me my money back and rolled her eyes. Needless to say, after years of frequenting this place, I will not be back. Too bad. It used to be a good place to go. Would like to give no star!!!
