  I had a problem with the IRS as according to them I owed them "beau-coup bucks". I was scared and felt pretty helpless. I felt intimidated by this turn of events. I called Lazarian Financial Corporation and Shawn was amazingly kind, and helped me realize that while there was a problem, it was a workable problem. He not only took care of the IRS but I actually got money back and ended up not owing them anything. I have been with Lazarian Financial Corp. since that time and do not plan on leaving. The whole office is helpful and friendly and they do whatever they can to find an answer to your questions. I am now retiring and Shawn, as a certified financial planner, is helping me with his knowledge of retirement plans to help me learn to invest my money wisely. I cannot say enough about his thoughtfulness and kindness and recommend this firm unconditionally to anyone needing tax help in any way, shape or form.

  Got my taxes done for the first time by shawn last year and was very pleased with his services. I plan on continuing to get my taxes done with him for many years to come.. Very friendly staff and Shawn is about as helpful as you can get when it comes to working around my hectic work schedule. I highly recommend.

  For 30 years, I worked a full time job and I operated a management consulting firm where I often made more money consulting than on my regular job. I dreaded tax time since it was important for my IRS filing to be accurate. I tried H&R Block and many other private firms. Every year, I dreaded April 15th until I found Lazarian. Lazarian Financial Corporation has served me for the past 18 years.

  I used this firm for the first time to do my 2014 Tax Return. I had been one of the many sucked into the quick and easy habit of dropping them off with H&R Block and picking them up with little hassle. For this year in particular, however, H&R Block was trying to tell me I would only receive a few hundred dollars for my refund when I had been used to a few thousand. Knowing something wasn't right, I opted for a second opinion with real accountants and set an appointment with Lazarian. I have never been so happy with a decision in my life!
  
  The accountant that took my paperwork was extremely friendly and helpful in asking me about deductions I had never even been aware I was able to make, explaining every detail of my return in a way I'd understand, and best of all, was able to get me over $4000 back!
  
  Needless to say, I will be returning to them every year for my tax needs and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

  Shawn Lazarian has been my accountant for about twenty-four years. Over those years, we have become good friends. His knowledge of his profession is most impressive, and he never fails to give a very personable approach to our business relationship. His office staff reflects his conscientiousness, manners and care. I could not more highly recommend an accountant for anyone as good as Shawn.
