When traveling 7 days a week I can service my vehicle at many places I choose to service my vehicle at Stykemain. Great service in a timely manner. I was given the red carpet experience AND used the White Glove treatment for cleaning my car. Miranda did a wonderful job, my car looked brand new. Granger is always a nice treat to see too!

Here I am a year later with a lemon. It barely works and is now collecting dust in my driveway. We cannot afford another car right now- so my kids and I don't get to leave the house unless my husband is home. If I could sue this dealership I would. My car didn't even last a full year before it died. My opinion? Go to someone who cares. My mothers cousins who live in defiance- are close with the family who runs this and I thought I was in good hands. But I have four more years of payments on a car that has been giving me issues since day one and I don't know what to do.
I'm not saying they can't find a good car to sell to people or that they don't have good experiences what I am saying? They will put you in anything to sell it. I'm just really sad- for a family that's growing we will just have to wait 4 years and make sure the next company we buy from has a new families interest in heart!response / report this review -

I have purchased 2 cars from Anthony Kirk. I even drove 4 hrs 1 way because of the great service. I recommend him to everyone. He worked me through phone and text until he was able to find me the right vehicle. He was extremely patient with me throughout the process. He never pressured me and returned my calls and texts very quickly.

Best car shopping experience I've had. George really made it something special. I felt confident in the purchase that we made and that we were in good hands at Stykemain. I even take the 1 hour trip for maintenance and to chat with George. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I always have fantastic service when I come, they are so awesome and always get a hello Tara how ya doing.. they are so friendly, i always have Emilio Pearson help me with everything!!! He always is so friendly and happy.. he's willing to help me out with anything that I have questions about I would recommend him or this dealership to anyone

Girlfriend and I bought a used GMC Envoy Denali here. Used vehicles are supposed to go through some kind of inspection so we were told. We came from a couple hours away since they had the vehicle she wanted there so having our mechanic check it out was out of the question.
Four months after purchasing the vehicle the lifters in the engine go bad ($2,400), two wheel bearings go bad, and the A/C goes out.
We call and try to talk to someone about it and the lady who answers the phone is very nonchalant about the whole thing and can't help us. Transfers me to a manager who seems to have no idea what he is doing, who then says he will give my information to someone who will call me back to talk about it. Only to never be contacted by them again. One of, if not the worst experiences of buying a vehicle.response / report this review -

Great experience, purchased a new GMC Canyon Denali. Thanks to Mike for returning my e-mail questions about the truck promptly and setting up an appointment with Ethan and Dean. They did a great job getting me the best deal possible for a great vehicle. Thanks to Joe in finance for taking care of all the paperwork and Mike in service for taking care of a little issue for me. Overall this is a great dealership, very clean, and they really do treat you like family. They have my future business, and I would recommend Stykemain to anyone looking for a great value and being treated right. No commissions means no pressure to purchase, just the facts and I appreciate that. Also Ethan makes a great cup of coffee.

The staff here does not listen to what you say. I was very specific about my schedule and they kept ignoring me. I even let them know specifically when I would arrive to have my vehicle appraised and to purchase the vehicle I was interested in. Then they turned around and sold the vehicle within hours of when I was to arrive. They made me feel I was the first option to purchase this vehicle. They didn't even let me know the vehicle was purchased. I found out on their website. Such disrespect! I will recommend to shop elsewhere in town. There are more honest dealers in town than Stykemain's!
