The vehicle was exactly like the pictures showed and what I was told over the phone. We drove 2 hours to see it and bought it on the spot. There are not a lot of vehicles to look at there but the quality will have us going there for years to come if they are still in business. It is a smaller family owned and operated business but it really was a delight. They were open, upfront and honest. Job well done!

Hausfeld's is a great place to buy a Used Car, I always get good service and a great deal and the cars have always been clean and trouble free. Why not 5 stars you ask? Deduct one star for Ed Roetgerman. Ed's an ok fella maybe a little bias and judge mental and it’s just harder to deal with and get a deal done then if you deal with one of the owners, Doug or David Hausfeld. I've also had issues with Mr. Roetgerman when I have brought my cars in over the years for service, as he gets a little irritated if you ask too many questions or request a written quote for work, for this I like to bypass him and speak to Jean Baumer or Eric the tech: its as if Mr. Roetgerman acts as though he's doing you a favor just dealing with you the customer: whereas the other folks at Hausfelds are more then happy to assist you and they are nice as the day is long.
All in all, Hausfeld Motors is my favorite place to buy cars, like I said though, just be sure to deal with a Hausfeld.response / report this review
