I really enjoy the van, it's exactly what I was looking for and it's in great mechanical condition. This review is much lower than others, as the customer service and communication was average. The characteristics described by Ana Ford's review is also what I experienced. I bought the van after only seeing the walk-through video and had it delivered. Upon delivery several of the features were very much incomplete and inoperable. I used Justin's recommended body shop, over an hour a way, as I thought more of the cost would be covered by the dealership than it was. I'm not fully satisfied with the work performed or equipment installed. Had I known how little of the cost would be covered then I would have used estimates from local business whom I know and trust. As it is, I may still have the van re-examined and possibly reworked for a couple items. I highly encourage all potential buyers to see the van in person before purchasing, is possible.

Since you can not get a true used car value on a conversion van. I called Paul sherry to make sure I was getting a good deal on an old conversion van. I asked many questions with different options. They treated me like I was buying from them. If I ever upgrade to a newer one, id buy from them in a second. Knowledgable and very friendly service.

I live in Colorado and have been looking for a van conversion for about 3 months. I found this web site where Justin Smith was showing this van. He went through this van so thoroughly I thought I was there with him. I wound up buying the van and he had it shipped to me expediently. All the paper work was done and the van was exactly what my wife and I was looking for. I could not have done it any better if I had done it in person. Justin Smith was such a gentleman through out the entire business transaction. He deserves the top rating for salesmanship.

I purchased my 2012 Ford Conversion Van on-line without seeing it first. I was extremely hesitate to make this purchase but Justin kept telling me that they do this all the time and that I would be very happy with this van. He measured several things and I must have called him daily. But I finely knew that this one was exactly what I had been looking for and I knew that I could not let this opportunity pass. Justin was very patient and followed through with all the paper work like he said it would happen. The van was delivered to my door on a Friday night by two very nice gentlemen and I would like to thank everyone at Paul Sherry. I would highly recommend that if you have been looking for a specific van and Paul Sherry has it, don't hesitate to work with Justin and purchase it.

My whole shopping experience was beyond excellent. I discovered the ProMaster conversion I wanted via YouTube. Once I contacted the dealership I got in touch with salesman Justin Smith, the same guy you see in the great videos!
I made most arrangements on the phone and flew from Florida to the Dayton airport where I was met by Jim, a fine gentleman who drove me in a nice Cadillac right to the dealership.
Justin had my prospective van ready for inspection and a test drive. After the test drive I was convinced! Paperwork was quick and efficient. Dealing with folks who know how to treat the customer from start to finish makes a huge difference. We live in Michigan and were searching far and wide for a conversion van that would suit our needs as a growing family. We had some special considerations as one of our children may be in need of a wheelchair in the future. We found Paul Sherry Vans on the web and were impressed by the vast inventory and the huge selection of used vans. I contacted Justin Smith, and he advised me on what would work best based on the criteria that I defined. We decided on a slightly used van with only 2k miles on it. I drove down from Michigan (about a 3.5 hour drive) to trade in my old conversion van and pick up the new one. Justin walked me through all the features and functions of the van and in doing so, realized that the description had been entered incorrectly on the web. One of the features that was a deal breaker for me was actually missing. Justin, even though the fault wasn’t his, went to his management and arranged for that feature to be added to the van, and in addition, he was willing to deliver it to me in Michigan (again, 3.5 hours away) at no charge, and pick up the trade to drive back. This level of service and commitment to the customer is sadly missing in the vast majority of dealers in my experience. Justin was both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable regarding upgrades and future modifications that would be possible. I rarely write reviews, but since the service was so outstanding, I feel justified in making sure others know that these are people you can trust and count on to have your best interest at heart.

Hi, My name is Angela, i just want to thank Paul Sherry & Mr. Justin Smith for meeting all my Daughter Christina's Needs.. Boy she is one happy women.. After looking for a great deal of time.. I let my figures do the walking & Fell in love with Our Pro Master.. Handicapped accessible,, And let me tell you.. I looked in my own State in PA We even go to the Expo in NJ Yes I did have a 2006 But needed to get updated.. So we just knew what question to ask.. We didn't go into this blind They even delivered to Our front door from Ohio So if ya thinking of something New & a reasonable price.. Don't bypass Paul Sherry.. Ask for JustinOk in a joking but true.. The only thing im going though ,, with Our new Pro Master Is that every-time we go out .. We are from NY and have been looking at various companies to purchase a conversion van. Justin Smith was excellent in helping us find the perfect van that we need. He was very helpful answering any questionst that we had since we had to make a decision on the purchase without exactly seeing the car itself. Within a week of speaking to Justin about our interest in purchasing the van, we were able to get it delivered right to our front door. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchasing a conversion van.
We did have something missing, a headrest, from the van when it was delivered but Justin and his team are working on it to shipping the headrest to our house. Hopefully we will receive it in the mail soon.

I am a NJ buyer and I had a great experience on the purchase of a 2015 Dodge Conversion Van. I called Justin Smith who gave all the details , answered all my questions , provide all car data sheets and reports and history of the van. Right from the start I was treated with the up most importance. No pressure, Justin Smith professionalism and background in vans is real. After a long talk with Justin, I wanted to shop and he was fine with that. After research I new enough that I was getting a great deal on this van. I went to my local dodge dealership and test drove the 1500 Dodge liked it. I called back was able to cut a great deal with no hassles. I found a mistake on the same van on their website that Brian made. And after I made my deal I pointed out the error and they honored an additional discount. Thank You Brian and Mr. Sherry for that. Justin then put me through finance and the this team was quick and efficient, thanks Lee and that team for all your help. . Then I asked to have the van set up with additional options and that was no problem . The van was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I could not be happier. I received a follow up call to ensure all was good. This company will get more business from me. I am totally satisfied with the customer service they provided. This includes the receptionist who connected my calls, the lot and prep team, sales, owner, Brian, delivery guys and everyone who prepared my new van.
