I recently called and asked how much they would charge to set the rocker arms to 0 lash and torque to proper specs, they told me they were not interested in working on a high performance vehicle. I then said to the service rep, "so you're telling me that your mechanics don't have the knowledge to repair a Ford Mustang stock from the factory, 1992 Mustang Cobra 5.0" she just said she was sorry" and to that I added, "yes you are" No Stars For You!

Great local Ford dealership. I like that I have the same mechanic each time I have a problem and that he explains the repair! Also pretty good selection of vehicles and used cars.

This place does not want to sell cars. Randy Clark treated me rudely and was condescending. Not very helpful and does not like dealing with women, especially women who know what they want and comes prepared to deal. When it looked like I knew what I was talking about, suddenly the dealing stopped and no further help was offered. They honestly didn't care if they sold me a car or not. I will not deal with them ever, and will tell everyone I know and meet about the service they provide.
