Affordable, and the grass is well kept. Otherwise, spring a few more dollars and go somewhere better. Rooms feel clean, but stains on the blankets, chips in the walls, outdated furniture and the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in. The pillows are nothing more than foam in a pillow case.
No amenities other than a small coffee maker and generic coffee. Not even any creamer! The upstairs folks sounded like they were doing ballroom dancing all night.response / report this review -

Clean, cheap, and well located. The rooms are relatively no-frills, but they do a nice job. I'd definitely stay there again.

It was a great experience we stayed for a week in august! Pool area and pool was very well maintained ! The manager was very helpful! And owner as well! Very friendly! The recommendations were spot on! Kitchenette was helpful with three kids!! Pretty clean the our little studio! Outside property was well maintained ! Would go back again !!

Very clean and well kept. Reasonable prices. Staff is helpful and friendly. Pool is immaculate. Flowers add a nice touch. Older buildings are renovated with new beds that are comfortable. Beach 5 min. Walk. Motel in quiet secluded area but very close to Lake George Village. Will definitely stay again.

Clean roomsours was large with kitchenette. Double beds are too small for 2 people.they should provide queen beds as the room is large enough to accommodate. Staff is very nice. Outdoor Pool is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Popular place as it was sold out when we were here. Close to Lake George Village.

For the price, this motel is a perfect place. I've stayed 3 nights in a bedroom with 2 double bed and a kitchen and it was clean, close to the beach and I had a pleasant sejour. The staff really nice and my room was well clean up each day. Don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I

Room was clean and spacious, had refrigerator and microwave which saved us money on dining out during our stay. Only complaint is the mattresses- they would be better served as backyard trampolines! No support and too bouncy! Was nice to have a little balcony in the back to relax as well.

Very nice owner. Room was not cleaned well. Cheerios under the bed from previous people. The air conditioner was close to the floor and the bed was blocking it. Had to go buy a fan to keep the room cool. Good location. Beds were very uncomfortable, you felt the mattress springs on your back.
