Friendly, knowledgeable family oriented dealership.If there is such thing as an honest dealer, this is it. Ask for Vito, he came in on his day off to make sure the sale went the way it was supposed too. I know your thinking he wouldn't have gotten commission, but that wasn't the case. Highly recommend Straub Motors. I have bought at least 10 vehicles in the past 17 years from them. The owner has gone out of his way to keep me happy with every deal.

My husband and I purchased a GMC Terrain in August. This was our first time at Straub and our salesman was Vito. He was extrnenely helpful in helping us make our purchase. He was not pushy and allowed us to take our time to look over the vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with Vito. Our experience at Straub overall was great and we would absolutely do business there again in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks Vito!

I normally do not post reviews but felt compelled to do so after a recent and annoying experience I had at this dealership.

A Salesman named Gill introduced himself when we got out of our car and immediately started his introduction with telling us how expensive a particular brand of car was and assumed we were not informed customers, and assumed we couldnt afford a particular car..without even spending a minute talking to us and learning about what we want. What a judgmental a**.

We have gone to much larger dealerships like Ray Catena and were met with nothing but professionalism and I feel this needs to be a lesson learned for the next set of customers that decided to walk into this place. Typical car salesmen. who needs a strong lesson in dealing with people and customer service.

Vito was a great salesman. Very open, honest, straightforward and didn't try to upsell on anything. Even after he made the sale, he took plenty of time getting me acclimated with my car and made sure I was comfortable. Never rushed me or pressured me into anything.

Just but a new Truck from here and I couldn't be happier with my buying experience. Jamie took care of us and was a delight to deal with. When I pulled up I fell in love with a beautiful truck but when I saw the price I thought it wouldn't be in my price range. Jamie showed me a couple trucks in my price range and they were nice but not like the one in front. I asked him to get me the best price on my dream truck. He could have came back to me with a slightly higher price than the 2 other trucks he had showed and I would have bought it. The real surprise was because of rebates my dream truck was actually LESS. I am now a happy truck owner thanks to Straub! Would recommend them to anyone as this was the best buying experience I have ever had.

Just bought a Yukon. Vito made it so easy and was very fair. I've bought a lot of cars and this was by far the smoothest experience. Besides going home with an SUV I love, I didn't go home with that sick feeling you can get so often after buying a car. Highly recommend. Just go there.

Excellent dealership!!! Vito my sales rep and Chris the owner are professional gentleman who worked with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He did not pressure me with any sleazy sales tactics. He helped me set up all the features in my truck. I would highly recommend them.

There is only one word to describe the experience = Fantastic.
Vito K. is not the typical pushy, rude, in your face, let's close the deal now type of sales man. He is happy to answer any question you have and work with your budget. He gives you time to do your due diligence and to make a decision. I would highly recommend Vito and Straub without hesitation. As a side note, the best deal in the tri-state area, no other dealership came close.

Hands down best bar buying experience, dealing with Vito Karavolas was pleasure. Living in Staten Island I called up and explained what I was looking for and my price point I wanted to be at, didn't want to make the trip for no reason. We made the deal over the phone and was true to his word when I came in to sign the paperwork. The whole process was painless very pleasant. I had recommended him to a friend of mine and he had the same experience. Will definitely get my next vehicle from Vito.

I absolutely love GMC as a brand and am thrilled to find a dealership so close to home that made me feel 100% confident in my purchase and comfortable in their environment. As soon as we pulled in, Vito was ready to greet us at the door. His calming demeanor, honesty and knowledge of the car I was looking for really set the tone for a wonderful experience. On top of that, the car buying experience at Straub was so much faster than any other I experienced in the past. Vito worked with me the entire time and did not pass me off to a finance guy. He told me before I left that he will still be here for me and that his involvement does not end once I buy the car. He was right. He personally calls me for follow up's that otherwise would come from a office manager. I don't think my experience would have been the same anywhere else or without Vito. Thank you for everything!
