I have never seen a plumber work so hard to get to the root of the problemI wish i had his name but this guy worked the entire 5 hours he was here without a break.I was having repeated flooding and my theory was the tree roots in the pipes but that wasnt it at all and i would of never guessed where the problem stemmed from. I can just tell you that you cant do better than Straightline Plumbing. And Leo the manager is great to work with. I wish i would of tipped that young man who did so much work and resolved the issue.

I was referred to straightline plumbing by a friend. They installed a water heater and repaired some of the associated piping for us. They did a great job and the price was more than fair. I will definitely keep their number close by.

Technician showed up on time and gave me an estimate to re-set 3 toilets and re-install a water heater to code as my initial self installation did not pass a purchase inspection. I agreed to the price and the work was done perfectly the same day. Toilets are now secure with new seals and water heater is to code with new lines and all the gadgets that was needed to make it legal. The company promised to remove the old heater the next day. Technician showed up early the next day and removed the old heater as promised. Everything looks good and functions well.
