Aaron is great, friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions. He came to our house this morning to check the sink drain issue. He not only showed up on time, but he also arrived before the scheduled arrival time. I am an on time person, so this was a plus for me. When my parents concerned about the cost with their budget, Aaron was able to help out on that. He called his boss, and gave us a reasonable price. Before he left, he helped to clean out the clog from the sink drain, so we can use our sink until the next appointment to replace the old drain pipe. We would definitely recommend him and his company to all of our friends. 😁👍

I am so very impressed with this company. Brandon was absolutely fantastic when he came by to fix our problem - some of the electrical outlets in our bedroom suddenly stopped working.. He was professional, thorough, and explained his process as he was going through diagnosing the issue and finding the location of the issue. It took longer to find the issue than we expected, thanks to the odd wiring choices that were made in the construction of my house. He found it, fixed it, gave a great explanation of the what, why, and how, and we were only charged the diagnostic fee. Afterwards, he did a safety check that included looking over my breaker panel and made recommendations and gave us quotes and a breakdown on said recommendations. This was greatly appreciated and he did a great job answering the questions I had during this process. While these estimate for these recommendations do seem pricey, there was no pressure or hard sell on these.
It's been about a month since that visit, and the outlets are continuing to work nice and smooth. Earlier this week, my wife recommended Eco and Brandon to one of her colleagues and we were reminded of how impressed we were with this company. Even our dog liked him. We're definitely calling Eco Electric the next time we need an electrician.response / report this review -

two Eco folks visited - one for plumbing and one for electric. they reach performed a general home review in their area of expertise, were thoughtful and clear in their observations, addressed a piping issue and a faulty outlet on the spot, and have excellent suggestions and quotes for future work. they were professional and never pushy - they did a great job advising while being clear about what was / wasn't urgent. we have a much better sense of the condition of our home, and a clear understanding of cost and process to update our electric (plumbing was in good shape as is). highly recommended.

We had some electrical issues that needed fixing and upgrading and they helped us design a beautiful, efficient solution. They prepared four different bids so we could decide which solutions fit our budget. Very detail oriented throughout the whole process and took care to clean up afterward. Communicated clearly from start to finish.
