We experienced a problem with our air handler over the weekend and called for assistance first thing Monday morning. We were immediately connected with a manager, Marcy, who arranged for same day service. When Ben arrived he quickly found and resolved the issue and explained it to us clearly. Ben was courteous, obviously highly skilled and professional. We’d recommend Gervais without hesitation.

I had Gervais install a mini-split cooling/ heating system. I cannot speak highly enough about their technicians. They arrived 20 minutes early and worked straight through to get the job done. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and an utter pleasure as people. You could really tell that they wanted you to have a good experience and they explained thoroughly to let me know how my system would operate. And by the way, their office staff also worked to keep me informed. The man who came to give me the quote was honest about what they could do. First to last, I think Gervais is an excellent organization.

Gervais was very responsive when I reached out about an issue with my water heater. They were able to come out to me quicker than any other company that I called. When Ben arrived, he arrived on time and was very nice and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed on every step of the process. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Gervais to anyone looking for work on their hot water heaters.

When your hot water heater dies you want a company with quick, response and knowledgeable people. Gervais delivered for me! They sent out a representative (Frank) the same day to repair my heater. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. That was immediately scheduled and installed in a timely manner. All the people that I had interaction with were professional and helpful.
Gene the installation expert was fantastic. He immediately came up with a solution to a potential code violation and performed the install along with his apprentice. I was impressed with his mentoring abilities and instructional techniques at one time saying " attention to detail is important" to his partner. That is the type of person I want to work at my house! Thanks to all for a job well done.
