  Stood around for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Bad service!!!!!!! 6-22-2017. Same price as New Balance store, just no service. I would have gotten them from the back if I could have. Best just put the shoes out for us to get ourselves.

  Best place to get great shoes. I never realized how important good shoes are until they fit me properly. I will never skimp on shoes again. Great service and they really do a good job helping you get the right shoes to suit your needs.

  First the shoes were ordered at the wrong price. I had to call and get refunded difference. Secondly, I was told that the new Newport H2 sandles were the new hiking sandles. Only to later find out that they are listed as watersports sandles. Comfortable for short walks. Not for extended periods of time. Then, come to find out, that the order I paid for on the 28th of June was not actually submitted until July 5th. The explanation I received on the phone was the lady that does that was on vacation. The whole reason I even had them order the shoes for me in the first place I was told that I would receive them in fewer days if I ordered them through Stouts as opposed to on-line my self. So the store just called me as I am drafting this feedback to say they could refund my money and I could order them 2 day ship through Amazon prime. One, I am not a member of Amazon prime. Secondly, the refund wouldn't be available on my card for 3-5 business days, and third, how is asking me to order it myself customer service.. I am baffled

  The selection is not the largest and they're a bit pricy, there is almost no variety in boots also so i had to special order some
