Id give this place a 0 if i could! The lady in the front office is very unprofessional i ask price and sizes on the phone she yelled at me then hung up. i tried to call back she answered and i ask why she was so rude and couldn't give me information on the phone she starts cussing and yelling something and hangs up.

We are new to the area. We rented a storage unit here yesterday. They were new and clean. I was happy with it. We paid three months in advance, in cash. This morning I drove myself and my two small children up to our unit to put a few things in it. I'm not the best with backing up our open trailer and with the lanes being very small I was having a hard time backing it up. I was worried I would hit the building so I went forward to an area I could loop around thru the dirt. The dirt was kind of soft but like I said I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the terrain. Thankfully I didn't get stuck and now I know better. Fast forward to 7:30 pm. (Two and a half hours after they closed) its raining and 45° and this lady calls my husband and tells him he needs to come to their facility TONIGHT to pressure wash the dirt off the pavement!!!!!!!!!! My husband explained to her what happened and she insisted we come clean up THEIR DIRT OFF THEIR PAVEMENT or we can get our stuff out!!!!!! I called myself for clarification and the lady told me I should have stayed in Florida where I belong. I would NEVER give this couple my business. I absolutely cannot believe how they spoke to me, especially with her claiming to be a Christian woman! I was apologizing for it and explaining the situation I was in. What an awful, miserable woman Rent storage anywhere but here!!!! So not worth the nastiness of these people. I'm still sitting here in complete shock that I have to move my things again over such a silly mistake.

Reasonable rate clean and secure. Very kind, helpful and courteous folks. I'm very surprised that others on here, found fault. Maybe they stepped on the cats tail without expecting a loud Mee low!
