It's a lovely place to be. We are enjoying Estero Beach & Tennis Club since 2008 every year during Oct./Nov. Every year it is like coming home.

Very clean. Security guard was friendly and tried to make you laugh. Loved walking to the beach every morning and the sunset was amazing!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The unit we're in is in excellent condition with the best stocked kitchen I've encountered in a rental condo ever, there is even a crock pot. Furnishings are spot-on. The unit owner has done a most impressive job of making sure there are an exceptional amount of amenities available from food prep to beach items of all sorts. The building is well maintained with excellent security. Beach access is easy to traverse.

Horrible experience! The unit was clean 1207A and the view as great but that's it!

I was disappointed to find the pool was closed and will be closed for months as the tear down balconies and constant hammering and construction is very disturbing. I would warn everyone not to rent any unit it's the EBTC for the next year as you will not have any peace or am unities!
I was not offered any return of rent and I moved to the Bao t Hotel toward the e d of the week.

This condo it's literally steps away from beach pool and tennis courts and within easy reach of shops restaurant bars and attractions The balcony offers a panoramic view of the front of the resort and is bathed in sunshine in the mornings. Has all the equipment you would expect in a holiday let including beach furniture. An issue in the bathroom was quickly resolved . Plenty of storage space the bed was very comfortable with plenty bedding if needed.
