This place is sketchy. I wish I had read the reviews before booking a room. There was stuff in the tub that looked like the it came from the ceiling, but the ceiling looked intact. Only the sound and no picture on the television. Tried the television again in the morning and it worked. No Kleenex in the holder. Bare minimum in toiletries. The sheets on the bed were clean thank God. Would not stay here again. I am thinking of reporting this place to the BBB.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTE!! MY FAMILY DROVE 5 HOURS FROM OUT OF TOWN TO COME TO ATLANTA, THIS WAS THE ONLY HOTEL THAT WAS CLOSEL. WHEN ARRIVE TO THEIR ROOM THEY FOUND SOMEON ELSE DOING DRUGS RIGHT NEXT TO THEIR DOOR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS PLACE IS A BOMB AND FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOW ESTEEM OR WHO JUST LOOKING GET HIGH OR SCREW FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARN! DON'T STAY HERE AT THIS HOTEL YOU WILL BE WASTING MONEY AND YOU WILL BE COMPLAINING THE NEXT MORNING WHEN YOUR CAR IS GONE OR IF YOU DIDN'T GET ANY SLEEP OR WAS ROB!

During my extended stay at the Stone Mountain inn. It has been less then manageable. Late night, parties, people hanging out, loud music, banging on my walls, loosing sleep. Terrible maid service excessive children with no supervision. Terrible Cable. Broken T.V. Not to mention the early- morning (Shooting), I fear for my safety everyday😞. I'm motivated to move, just gotta pray for a change, soon.

I'm not gonna lie I love it here people friendly great weekly rates I don't understand some of the comments on here when the price ya can't beat greedy people and thumbs up to the staff love the pool

WENT YESTERDAY MORNING AND IT LOOKS LIKES THIS ADMINISTRATION IS HEARING ME BY FIRING THAT ILLEGAL LADY IN THE FRONT DESK. ALTHOUGH I DID SEE OTHER HISPANICS WORKS THERE THEY MOST ALSO BE WORKING ILLEGALLY I SHOULD CALL ICE!!!!! NO ILLEGAL PERSON SHOULD WORK THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO THERE COUNTRY!!!!!

Good day all. Right off the bat I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for a sick dog. I got a room from the man at the front desk in which he told me that "it was the BEST ROOM in the hotel" Ha!!! Anyways the shower and / tub would clog up if you ran the water more than 1 minute.. it was filling up the tub before it could get hot smh. Doors in the bathroom and front door would not close and seal properly, place looked warned down,. TV channels are all grainy and static/can't make out and or see the picture. I didn't put anything in the dresser drawers because I seen a dead bed bug in the first one I opened. I had pizza and I set the box on top of the microwave to keep safe I took the box of pizza to the car on the morning I was going to check out at 4 a.m. and I set it in the car and out of the lip of the box popped out a RAT!!!! Now it's in my car. I immediately went to the front desk to complain and ask for my money back because now I have a issues and a long ways to travel (A.T.L. to N.Y.C) and the guy at the front desk told me no I wasn't getting it back and I must have had it in the car when I came there. I couldn't believe this guy was even coming at me like it's my fault. It cost me hours of time before I left only for this guy to insult me by saying Americans​ are not nice people and I say I'm only speaking the truth and you're rude to your customers​ and I will be contacting someone about this. I still have this rat in the car and have to travel and do business not knowing if I'm driving and have to jump out my window if this rat decides to pop-up lol.. It's not a laughing matter and I'm a big strong Man trust me!!!.. but when it comes to rodents I'm nothing but a little girl with pink panties on. I had to find traps and whatever else I needed to get this thing out the car and still no results yet.

Paid for three nights checked in Friday they told us we had to leave Sunday morning oh yea and wifi wasn't very good. Only two lights worked and water kept dripping from bathtub since we came in the room and we couldn't get it to stop but the beds were comfortable

😠ATTENTION!!!!!!😠: STONE MOUNTAIN INN AND SUITES IS TAPING THEIR GUEST INSIDE THEIR ROOMS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. Almost all of the staff is aware of it. I discovered this horrifying truth during my short stay there back in October. I HAD to warn future guests of this terrible act, especially guests staying with their wife, young children or both. I decided I couldn't simply let others unknowingly walk into this trap only to wind up on the screen of some creep using the "dark web" in another country somewhere. Because of my job as a pharmaceutical sales rep I travel several times a month, usually staying about 5-14 days mostly in the Southeast. I've been working at this job for over 10 yrs. In 2009 a story on The Early Show aired warning viewers about the possibility of hotels having hidden cameras in guest rooms. You can read more about the story online at CBS news website on the article called "how to survelliance proof your hotel room." After that I began checking any room i was staying in for hidden cameras with the hidden camera detector app on my iPhone in all the spots the show suggested cameras might be hidden. Now in all my years of travel I'd yet to come across a hidden camera in any of the rooms until now. In the first year after the show aired I was really gung ho about it, usually making a full "sweep" of the room within minutes of checking in. But as the years went by it became obvious to me that almost all hotel chains and owners wouldn't be willing to risk the legal liability, as well as the moral objection, by doing such a thing, thankfully. However my faith was crushed at this rinky dink operation. I arrived at the hotel on a Tuesday night after having driven for more than 8 hours was extremely tired. I checked in for two nights went to my room did my usual sweep and lo and behold there was a hit in the smoke detector above the TV. I immediately removed the fire detector and went to the guy at the front desk (some clown named Cooling) and demanded answers. His sorry excuse is that it was for to conduct security when housekeeping cleans the room and guest aren't present. I told him I was not okay with that and asked for a refund, his reaction let's me know the cameras are probably being used for more than that. He snatched the smoke detector off the counter where I'd left it resting and said he couldn't do that. I then threatened to involve the police. To which he responded by threatening me to involve the police by saying I'd damaged their property. Not wanting anymore trouble I simply left with my receipt and the intent to return later to recover my money. All later attempts to do so failed and we're met with hostility. If anyone has any connection with the local media please pass this story on as I know that this hotel is already cited as a place of shootings, prostitution etc Thank you.

The room that I'm in had roaches. The customer service is terrible. They don't want to help you at all. You only get 2 washcloths and towels, if you want more you have to turn in those towels 1st before getting new ones. It's not a safe environment.

Rooms are fair, Kept clean, and comfortable for the basics. It's right off the interstate and easy to find. Friendly staff.

Too many people staying up late at night and the children have no place to play so you have to be extra careful driving through the parking lot. It seems that more people live there on a weekly to monthly basis and way too much traffic goes through there so it makes it hard to have a nice quiet place to lay your head at night but they have had good staff in this place for as long as I can remember

I think motel might have been nice at one time, but they have let it get really run down. People there were very nice, BUT: Internet would not work, even with repeated re-sets of their router. Door would not open unless you held the knob just right (maintenance man came quickly and told me how to jiggle the faulty knob, but didn't offer to fix it.) Bed blanket had more holes than fabric and other bed didn't even have a blanket. Bathtub looked dirty but it was just significant finish loss. Air conditioner thermostat was not accurate. Toilet ran constantly. One side of closet door would not open without extreme effort. Didn't have sufficient bath towels, but found maid and got one quickly. Volume control on TV remote and cable didn't function properly. They advertised hair dryer and microwave but there were none.
