The food is pretty good and the service can be iffy.

My last experience was not the best. I ordered a meal (chicken tenders, that are on the "kid's menu", but the servers don't mind adults ordering it. There also is no adult tender meal) that I had ordered before and that my coworkers (who were also there and ordered the same meal) had ordered numerous times before. We received our food, after a fairly long wait even though the restaurant was not busy, and noticed the order seemed larger than usual but we just went along with it, thinking we just got generous servings.

After getting the check, we see that the server had put in for double orders of the chicken tender meals each, when we only asked for a single orders. He did not mention this to us when we ordered. So we complained about this, and spoke with a manager. The manager then told us that since we were adults, we got double servings. When we explain that we did not order double servings, he then tells us that that's just how they put in the order. We explain that this would have been okay, if we were informed about this beforehand, especially after ordering this previously and only receiving and paying for a single order.

The manager reluctantly fixed the checks, so that we only paid for a single order each.

There is a lack of consistency here with the wait staff, while the manager believes everyone is doing the same thing. If we had known about them making double orders we would have been fine with it, or even just ordered something else. Instead we were surprised with larger checks than expected, and then made to feel as though the mistake was our fault and that we should have known this was going to happen, even though it never had before.

We went to Stone Creek for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was excellent. From the fresh warm bread to the filet, everything was delicious. The atmosphere is very nice as well.

We will definitely be back!

Sarah in the bar is excellent! Plus it is half price martinis on Wednesday! Great place to stop mid afternoon in between errands!

They have a great Mother's Day buffet every year! Keep in mind that they will be moving down the street soon to a new building. Hopefully the food and service comes with!

I've been here twice, great food and a good selection of beers. Very good service and smily staff, always checking if you are enjoying your meal. For dinners on weekends could be a very busy place.

Popped in for an early Valentine's dinner with the sweet. Great American fare done well. Nice atmosphere and service without pretension. We each ordered the 2 entrees for 25 dinners. Tender steak cooked how we ordered, half rack ribs that fall off the bone. Definitely recommendable.
