I have had some of the best meals of my life at Blue Hill. Most recently, we surprised my parents for their 45th Wedding Anniversary. And I am not sure it could have been any better . . .

Great place to volunteer for. Weather is gardening🌼 planting 🌱, taking care of farm animals 🐑🐖🐣🐤🦃, as a guide, or during their outstanding Annual Harvest Festival 🌾
It is a fun place to spend the day as a family 👨👩👦👦, with a date 💑 or by yourself🚶♀️ have lunch outdoors from their organic fresh food bar.
Absolutely kids of all ages friendly!! Educational programs for children and adults.
You will make it a regular destination stop because depending on the time of season or time of day it will always be exciting.
To boot they have a fabulous shop with wonderful things.

I spent a very wonderful day with my family there. We arrived early at 9:00 am but the main gate was closed. We waited outside and at 9:30 am sharp on Saturday morning they opened the gate. It's a very professional farm that is partner with many different universities but their main partner is cornel university. The farm also partner with blue hill restaurant where its chief join and explain how his early day start by collecting fresh plants, leaves, etc from the farm. You will meet the sheep 🐑, chickens, cows and pigs 🐖 and you will be able to learn about food cultivation. They have parking available, clean restrooms, nice place for wedding, blue hill cafe where you can buy nice breakfast, juices, coffee ☕️ and blueberry muffins
It's wonderful for your kids experience as well

The farm is beautiful and worth a visit!!!
I am not sure when they started to charge a $20 admission fee, It's very disappointing. The line for food at the one tiny food outlet was very long and when we came back it was mostly sold out. It would nice to see them add a casual restaurant, bakery, coffee shop. The property is gorgeous the food service is lacking and charging to get in is just strange. Try parking on the road and waking in to avoid the entrance fee.response / report this review -

A must see!! $20 for an all-day tour of the beautiful Stone Barns farmit's a no-brainer!
It was a real pleasure to be shown around by the very knowledgeable and enthusiastic Stone Barn staff. They have a real passion for what they do and it shows.
Stone Barns sustainable agriculture methods are very inspiring. They teach you that the key to growing great crops is keeping the soil healthy and full of life. From the fields to the greenhouse, this farm is very efficient. You'll leave wanting to start a farm of your own!
My only regretis that I didn't discover them sooner! I look forward to returning to this four-season farm to see what they're up to next.response / report this review -

Had an incredibly fun day at Stone Barns. The activities are well-thought-out, and all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the $20 ticket price.

I love this farm. This was my first farm experience being a city girl native It's so beautiful in the autumn time. I also went to eat at the little cafe they had. Their tomato soup was gorgeously delicious with the tomato flavor just bursting at your taste buds that you do not want to put down that spoon. It was so perfect for a chilly autumn day. The cheddar kale biscuit -- I had a deathly obsession with it, wanting more and more of it .. but they were sadly sold out. When I saw it, I knew it would taste so good. mmThe food is so fresh and you definitely taste the difference between not farm fresh food and that kind of delicious treats!
